春も近づき日中の気温がプラスになると、住宅街はベッチャベチャで歩きにくくなります。でも北国に住む身としては、寒暖の差を繰り返し1日1日と季節が進んでいることを実感できるんです。
福井は、北海道札幌市西区にあるエリアで北に琴似発寒川、東に左股川が流れ、東に三角山、西に五天山に囲まれた盆地です。
【歴史】
1886年（明治19年）、伊藤太治兵衛や鈴木善兵衛ら最初の移住者が入植する。彼らは福井県出身であったため、この地も「福井」と名づけられたそう。

As spring approaches and the daytime temperatures rise above zero, residential areas become slushy and difficult to walk on. However, as someone who lives in the north, I can really feel the seasons progressing with each passing day as the temperature changes.
Fukui is an area in Nishi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, and is a basin surrounded by the Kotoni Hassamu River to the north, the Samata River to the east, Mt. Sankaku to the east, and Mt. Goten to the west.
[History]
The first immigrants, including Tajibei Ito and Zenbei Suzuki, settled in 1886 (Meiji 19). Since they were from Fukui Prefecture, the area was named “Fukui.”
