I show you around an area close to central Taipei City and inside Xingtian Temple and the surrounding area in Zhongshan District. Hsing-tian Temple is a popular temple in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. This temple is devoted to Lord Guan, the Patron Deity of businessmen, military personnel and policeman. This temple is situated on a street corner near the center of the city. Sculptures of dragons feature prominently in this temple’s design.

🤔 Really central location of Taipei with defeat access to different metro lines, and some older apartments at a lower rental price than some in Daan and Xinyi.

Todays weather was great! spent most of it in a Park in Beitou, having some tea.
Guan Gong is my favorite Deity in Taiwan. I have several figurines of him in my Minnesota apartment. I visited Xingtian temple many years ago! Can't wait to go back.
Not very attractive buildings. At least some street is quiet.
