The new Shinkansen will start running from March 16th of this year, so I definitely want to ride it and go to Yamagata! It seems to be much more comfortable than before. By the way, the Shinkansen got on in this video at first is the oldest model and is scheduled to be discontinued this year.
Even though this Shinkansen is considered “old” it still runs good. It be nice if JR sends it off to Indonesia or another country so it’s not wasted.
Here in Italy as well we have 2 train companies for long ride travels, Italo and Freccia Rossa. Both trains are allowed to reach 360 and 330 KMH
I always travel Green Class since it's more quiet and less people. On top of bigger seats.
1990s and 2000s Japanese Shinkansen look coolest. Duckbill are ugly imho even if they are faster.
今、銀山温泉にゃこんな令和なホテルが建ってんのかい！ 新幹線→田舎バス→山奥温泉街→令和ホテルと、こりゃ外国人どころか日本人だってビックリだｗ にしても、有名になりすぎて観光客が京都並み、これじゃ旅情も「千と千尋」感もないなあ。
まあ今年の3月にはここに最新型・E8系新幹線が来るようになるから、福島の三春滝桜と連チャンで訪れるのも良いかもしれんね。
新幹線はやっぱかっこいいな

waaaa bro japan train so future and so luxury modern and the price is enough expensive for a normal shinkansen below 130 usd is good expensive ,and the comfort is good even they build is like hard but they have so many variant and it make japan rich in train culture ,in malaysia if japan agree to build hsr singapore kuala lumpur malaysia it can use like siri n700 shinkansen or just use shinkansen that have above that 230 km cause the range is not so far thousand km like in china and japan they need it to make fast exchange

Do the staff from the ryokan drive guests back to the Oishida station after you check out? How do they determine who to pick up when you arrive to the Oishida station (ie time, name, etc.)? I want to visit, but I want to make sure I can get to the ryokan at Ginzan Onsen without getting lost. Thanks.
