    I'm disappointed for you, that you cannot continue on your Vladivostok/South Korea/Japan connections.

    I am about to leave the UK to head for Vladivistok, with an aim of getting to South Korea.

    Fortunately, UK registered bike which doesn't have the problem you face. That's amazing, I would never have thought Germany would not have that covered. Indeed they seem to be the exception.

    Hope your onward plans pan out well for you
