Seaweed soup, Mainly eaten after giving birth and on birthdays

* Ingredients *
30g dried seaweed
100g meat
1tsp minced garlic
2tbsp sesame oil
1tsp salt
700ml water
1/4 pepper
Roasted sesame seeds

* Cooking directions *
.Soak dried seaweed in water for 1 hour
.Chop green onions
.Add pepper and stir-fry meat with sesame oil
.Add minced garlic and continue to stir-fry
.Add soaked seaweed and continue to stir-fry
While stir-frying, cut long seaweed into thin pieces with scissors
.Add water and boil for about 20 minutes
.Add salt
.Add soy sauce
.Reduce heat and add green onions
.Place in a bowl
.Enjoy
