【自然音】飴色に輝く美しいブルーの川、柿其渓谷の水音巡り／リラックス・リフレッシュ・集中・作業用・ASMR【4K HDR】

長野県木曽郡にある柿其渓谷の渓谷入口から牛ヶ滝までの柿其川の水音を追いかけてみました。
雪が所々に残っており水量は少ないようですが、川の淡いブルーは美しく、日が射すと飴色に輝きます。
各カットを約2分で分割して、入口から牛ヶ滝までを往復するツアーのイメージで構成してみました。

川などのせせらぎの音には1/fゆらぎが含まれています。
1/fゆらぎとは規則性と不規則性が適度に組み合わさった状態で、集中力の向上、睡眠改善、リラックス効果があると言われています。
滝の音は天然のホワイトノイズです。
ホワイトノイズには全ての周波数が均等に含まれており、外部の刺激から注意をそらして集中力を高め、リラックスした心地よい状態に導くと言われています。
心のリラックス、リフレッシュ、勉強の集中などにご活用いただければと思います。

I followed the sound of the water of the Kakizore River from the entrance of the Kakizore Valley in Kiso District, Nagano Prefecture to Ushiga Falls.
There is snow left in some places and the water level seems to be low, but the pale blue color of the river is beautiful and when the sun shines it shines amber.
I dividee each cut into about 2 minutes and constructed it with the image of going back and forth from the entrance of the gorge to Ushiga Falls.

The sound of a babbling stream, such as a river, contains 1/f fluctuations.
1/f fluctuation is a moderate combination of regularity and irregularity, and is said to have the effect of improving concentration, improving sleep, and relaxing.
The sound of a waterfall is natural white noise.
White noise contains all frequencies equally and is said to distract from external stimuli, improve concentration, and lead to a relaxed and pleasant state.
