That fruit which you have shown is an ash gourd. They are climber plants they need some support to climb like trees or strong sticks to bear fruit.
In my country Myanmar Kharan trib don't wear rings at their neck.Only Pa Taung trib who live in Khayar state near the border of Thailand wear rings at their neck.
