I visited Sapporo last year and went to most of the places in this video including the ramen place Teshikaga. I actually sat in the same seat as Shinichi which is crazy. Wonderful memories.

the parfait and the sponge cake looks great. but i'm more leaning towards the sponge cake. probably goes great with a hot drink like hot chocolate tea or coffee in that weather. and also the view.
the christmas park was very cool. the pretzel looks chewy when stale when u bit into it, maybe because it's cold i don't know. i think the hot beer and wine was a good choice i would do the same.
