I always find it amazing how the rice is prepared using a large wooden or bamboo spoon and the rice is not damaged in any way. If I did it the way the man did in this video all I would is that the rice would have been damaged. It’s amazing the skill they have in not damaging, but in fact protecting both visually and taste of every individual ingredient.
