103)Takaoka Castle(Japan’s top 100 castles)The castle was built by Toshinaga Maeda.
Located in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture.
It is the only castle in Toyama Prefecture that has been selected as one of Japan’s top 100 castles.
It is also famous as a cherry blossom viewing spot and has been selected as one of Japan’s top 100 cherry blossom viewing spots.
It was built in 1609 by Toshinaga Maeda as a retirement castle.
Toshinaga Maeda is the eldest son of Toshiie Maeda.
In 1615, the castle was abolished under the One Country One Castle Order.
However, even after the castle was abolished, it remained secretly maintained as a military base under the management of the Takaoka Town Magistrate’s Office, with the Kaga clan’s rice storehouse, salt storehouse, gunpowder warehouse, and guardhouse located there.
Currently, the castle ruins have been maintained as Takaoka Castle Park and are a place of relaxation for citizens.
This is a video of a 48-year-old bachelor who silently visited the castle by himself.
I am posting a visit record of historical remains such as castle ruins that I visited as I thought, based on the belief that I do not flock and do not flirt.
