    The modern Taiwan was actually based on the industrial development and urban planning in the era under Japanese ruling. Chiang Kai-shek made no contribution to Taiwan.

    Nothing wrong with 5 days in Taipei, but there's a whole lot of Taiwan left to be seen. Juifen isn't far away. That's an interesting place.
