千葉県銚子の地魚料理-Delicious local seafood in Choshi city, Chiba prefecture, Japan
さて、今回のレポート動画は梅雨入りなると美味しくなるイワシを目的に現地に行ったら全く水揚げがなく、さてどうしよう?…。との観点で作りました。
For this video, I set out to film a report on the delicious sardine, known for its enhanced flavor during the rainy season. However, when I arrived at the fishing port, I was disappointed to find that there was no catch at all. This unexpected turn of events became the focus of my video, as I documented my efforts to figure out what to do next.
