製麺所で見た出来立ての麺がもうすでに美味しそうでした。
紅天？初めて見ました。
手際よくいろいろな天ぷらを作られている中で、串に刺さった赤いのは何だろうと思ってました。紅生姜なんですね。
岡山県に行ったらぜひ寄ってみたいです！

ここの肉うどんは美味しいので、お気に入りです。
注文を受けてうどんを出してくれる店員さんが忙しくても何時もテキパキとして好印象です。
店員さん皆さん元気で、入退店時には店員さんが明るく挨拶してくれます。
お店も明るく綺麗で居心地が良いので最近うどんはこちらばかり食べに行ってます。

I love binge watching these Japanese restaurants from before daybreaks preparing all the chicken/pork broths to cutting all the much needed vegetable ingredients, and especially touching family-run by husband/wife over several decades and still going strong! Of ALL the ones I've watched, I think THIS one is the most efficient! It's such a smart move to make customers moving in line to get their orders, it's almost like ordering at Starbucks, there's a particular way that EVERYONE knows and this really speeds up the process for every customer and makes more money for the restaurant! They ask you HOT or COLD, and they fill only about 1/3 of the broth, and customers can customize their own toppings just like you do creams and sugars once you receive your beverages. Such a well orchestrated run restaurant and their PROCESS which should set as a good example for other Japanese Mom-&-Pop run restaurants!

The parents and the little boy with his truck were charming; I liked how mom coaxed him to give thanks. He was more interested in the truck 🛻 than eating. 8

ここの店舗は行ってないけど、香川から引っ越してからうどんに飢えてました。
桃山亭見つけた時は歓喜しましたよ。
しっぽくうどんを冬季にメニューにあるのも評価UPです。

これ。そして天かすとネギとゴマをたっぷりかけます。
並でも牛丼屋の大盛の肉だく以上です。お試しあれ。
새우 튀김 대박!!!!!
仕込みが4時からなんですね、確かにうどんを作るのはもちろん、何種類かある天ぷら揚げたり色々やることあるから4時開店じゃ無理でしょう😅
でも、仕込みの担当ちゃんとうどん担当と調理担当に分けてますね、うどんは店主さんで調理は女性パート？さん達に、見事です😊
