Are apartments in Seoul generally allowing pets tho? I love anime as a kid, and that one thing I always heard was they couldn’t bring the abandoned cats/kittens or dogs/puppies home because they wouldn’t be allowed to whether by parents or apartment rules. So I though, it’s a rule made for apartments. Later, I came to like Kdrama, Yesung, and Super Junior and they are all living in apartment with their pets. Though I haven’t seen anyone with big dogs 🧐
