Okada Manila was built over a period of seven years at a total cost of approximately 240 billion JPY (2.4 billion US dollars), with a pre-opening in December 2016 and an official opening in March 2017. It faces Manila Bay, which overlooks the deep red sunset that is counted as one of the three most beautiful sunsets in the world.
Okada Manila was founded by Kazuo Okada, chairman of Universal Entertainment, and is the world’s first casino hotel to be solely owned and operated by a Japanese person. Therefore, it was named “Okada Manila” after Kazuo Okada’s surname, and it is also the only casino hotel in the world to have a Japanese name.

Nustar Resort and Casino is more luxurious than that with many luxury stores and high-end restaurants. Okada is overrated.
CAN YOU MAKE A VLOG OF NUSTAR IN CEBU CITY…IT IS MORE LUXURIOUS THAN OKADA MANILA…WITH MANY LUXURY STORES AND HIGH END RESTAURANTS
It would be nice if the Philippines would invest in better infrastructure, like a decent power grid, so they don't have brown outs /black outs (no electricity), or better sewage treatment plants for the country, forget about a damm casino !

The executive double suite looks beautiful! But i noticed all the stains on the cabinets and drawers. I expected it to be spotless for the price ur paying for. Its still beautiful though.
