店主は寿司職人として都内で修行した後、この店をオープン。ご自身は釣りキチにして、磯ガキシーズン中は正式な許可を得て海に潜り、ご自身のお店で提供しています。磯ガキシーズン中はいつ来てもほぼ確実店にあるとおっしゃっているので、この地における天然磯ガキを確実に食べたい方には強くオススメできる場所です(^^)
The owner trained as a sushi chef in Tokyo before opening this restaurant. He’s an avid fisherman, and during the “磯ガキ”(iso-gaki, or rocky oyster) season, he dives into the ocean with official permission to gather his own oysters and serves them at his restaurant. He says that iso-gaki is almost always available at his restaurant during the season, so it’s highly recommended for anyone who wants to be sure to try fresh, natural iso-gaki in this area.
