今回は奈良を抜け出し京都にある岩船寺へ行ってきました
と言っても岩船寺は奈良と京都の県境の町である木津川市にあり
奈良からも非常に近いお寺です
当日は朝から大雨でしたが
お寺へ着いた頃には小降りになっており
森におおわれた薄暗い境内にひときわ目を引く三重塔
見頃を迎えた色とりどりの紫陽花が境内いっぱいに咲き誇り
雨空と岩船寺が作り出す情景は日本の美がとてもよく感じられました
この日はお参りされている方も少なくて
ゆっくりと過ごすことができました
