2024年6月20日午後6時ごろ横浜駅きた西口エスカレーターに乗って歩行者デッキ「はまレールウォーク」へエスカレーター出て左に曲がり、はまレールウォークを直進しますこの「はまレールウォーク」は2020年に整備された新しい歩行者デッキ名前のとおり、通路の一部には「レール」が敷かれていますそろそろTHE YOKOHAMA FRONTの外観が見えてきました THE YOKOHAMA FRONTは横浜駅北側の鶴屋町地区に位置する地上43階・地下2階の複合施設高さは約178メートルで、西口周辺で最も高いビルとなります今回オープンする飲食店やホテル、ワーキング会員制ラウンジなどのほか、5・13～41階は共同住宅ですそれでは、2階エントランスから入ってみましょう 2階はビアバル「横浜ベイブルーイング」などの飲食店が出店オープン初日で満員御礼の活況ぶりそのほか、「喫茶室ルノアール」（カフェ）や「花より、ハンバーグ」（ハンバーグ）、「花より、カフェ」（スイーツカフェ）などが出店「花より、カフェ」の店内、素敵な雰囲気花と水に癒されながら、美味しいワッフルとパフェが頂けます注文したメニューは、カウンター中央の水に浮かんで流れてくるそうエスカレーターを使って4階へ「相鉄ホテルズザ・スプラジール横浜」のエントランスが見えてきました相鉄ホテルマネジメントが運営する、宿泊機能に特化したリミテッドサービスホテルこれまでに韓国に2カ所展開し、日本国内の出店は初ニューヨーク発のベーカリー「THE CITY BAKERY（ザシティベーカリー）」カフェスペースはホテルのロビー機能も担っているそう横浜駅周辺では、「ニュウマン横浜」や「THE CITY BAKERY リビングタウンみなとみらい」にも入っていますここのクロワッサンは本当に絶品なので、ぜひ一度ご賞味ください続いて、42階にある「Vlag yokohama（フラグヨコハマ）」へ専用のエレベーターを使います

In this issue, we introduce “THE YOKOHAMA FRONT”, directly connected to Yokohama Station, which opened on June 20, 2024!
THE YOKOHAMA FRONT is a 43-story complex with two basement levels, located in the Tsuruya-cho district on the north side of Yokohama Station.It is accessible within a 3-minute walk from the Kita West Exit of JR Yokohama Station, and is connected to the JR Yokohama Tower complex directly connected to the west exit of the station via the pedestrian deck “Hama-rail Walk”.
At approximately 178 meters tall, it is the tallest building at the west exit of Yokohama Station at the time of its completion.
Restaurants, hotels, and working members’ lounge to be opened this time.

■Floors 1-4: Commercial area
The commercial area is designed to create a lively atmosphere. The clinic mall and childcare support facility on the 3rd floor are currently in operation.

■Floors 4, 6-12: Sotetsu Hotels The Suprazir Yokohama
The 4th floor, including the retail space, is designed to resemble a hotel entrance.

■Floors 5, 13 to 41: Residential apartments
The Tsuruya-cho district adjacent to the central zone around Yokohama Station is one of the best locations for access to the station, as city regulations do not allow the construction of residential buildings in this area.

■Floors 42: Vlag yokohama
A complex facility with a members-only working lounge, café/bar, hall/studio, and private offices. The café/bar is open to non-members.
