福建漳州的早晨，要从一碗热气腾腾的漳州卤面开始，浓稠的卤子，亲手制作的香肠，以前为了纪念中原先祖的美食，现在也能在街头随时食用。古城里的片仔癀果汁，小区里的牛肉炒粉丝，还有豆花粉丝，都很有闽南的古早风味。厦漳大桥旁边的海门岛是吃海鲜的好地方，一只只渔船停靠在港湾，随便找一家点个套餐，新鲜又美味。
Mornings in Zhangzhou, Fujian, start with a steaming bowl of Zhangzhou Braised Noodles. The thick braised noodles and hand-made sausages were delicacies that were once served to commemorate the ancestors of the Central Plains. Now they can be eaten on the streets at any time. The Pien Tze Huang juice in the ancient city, the fried beef vermicelli in the community, and the tofu pudding vermicelli all have the ancient flavor of southern Fujian. Haimen Island next to the Xiamen-Zhangzhou Bridge is a good place to eat seafood. Fishing boats are docked in the harbor. Find a restaurant and order a set meal, which is fresh and delicious.
