And you even got like a desk a table  you can sit here and look out at this   amazing view as well and yeah just look  straight out the window what more do you want the foods arrived this looks really

Good so we just made to sapan and it  looks incredible in here there is so   much cool accommodation so much so many like  little uh houses bangalows by the river with   the River View with the mountains view but  we’re going to take you to a special one

I can see our accommodation already yeah  there it is oh wow that looks amazing wow here are we have arrived this looks  crazy wow I when you’re going   to see the views you’re not  going to believe it where we are oh my God oh my God this is just

Amazing beautiful yeah so we’re going  to also have a lovely dinner uh we’re   going to our room now lady is going  to take us I don’t know what the   number is but yeah I’m so happy this is  already this exceeded my expectations wow like a cat

Yeah wow oh my God look at this wow oh my God okay Danny can you see this view I’m coming  come and have a look at this view wo wow there’s   even a net you can sit on you the net that  suspend across the thing you can sit on it  

This be a nice view tomorrow morning oh my God  it’s going to be nice I think the sun will rise   in front of us no that’s the sunset over there  but we missed it oh we missed it but I can’t get  

Over it how beautiful it’s in here honestly so  much space in this like room the outside space   is like huge you could fit like you could have a  party of like 789 we even have a bath outside yeah  

Jacuzzi bath honestly I feel lucky to be here so  beautiful and the staff is so nice you’ve already   ordered food for the evening already so we got  an hour just to freshen up and yeah take these  

Views in for one and just sit back and relax  the seating area at the top by the restaurant   there’s so many places just to sit and look at  and yeah it’s not busy it’s not packed so choose  

A spot we’re going to sit down maybe have a  beer yes definitely have a beer so quiet as well yeah just give you a quick  room tour and show you the bathroom quickly nice big bathroom huge oh massive shower  heated shower the normal thing toilets all the  

Toiletries you get here as well so shampoo  shower gel you don’t need to bring all that   with you which is really cool we even got dressing  gowns guys so as I said you got all your amenities  

You got your shower gels coffee tea uh you got  a fridge you get Wi-Fi here as well which is   cool massive bed huge big bed and you even got  like a desk a table you can sit here and look  

Out at this amazing view as well and yeah just  look straight out the window what more do you want we do we do have a bit of a fire out there  at a minute but I think this Burning Season  

Is beginning to start so they’re beginning to  burn the fields I so no really happy with this   accommodation it’s basically like a massive  Hut but yeah it’s really nice oh forgot to   say airon as well airon and fan but up here  I don’t think you need it it’s cool enough up

Here the foods are this looks really good I’m  hungry let’s tuck in so this is our second meal   in Sapa Resort before we had noen style Meal  which was basically like a massive sharing   plate which had a lot of different lovely tasty  dishes food in this Resort is really good but  

What we have today we have my favorite which is  noen Style Lab I absolutely love this dish it’s   spicy is completely different than the lab  we had in Bangkok so this is lab Mo also we   have a lovely plate of veggies and something  we never had before this is some fruit salad  

I never heard of dish like that before so I I  thought okay we have to order this one because   this is going to be something different what  we have here guys oh almost dropped it what   we have here it’s chicken wing chicken wings  but they have a little herb on top I don’t  

Know what it’s called it’s speciality of this  region apparently can you see that little it’s   like a little little tiny stars I have no  idea what that is I thought it maybe it’s   aned tiny an st but it’s not I’m going for  it because I’m hungry I want to try this oh

Yeah these chicken wings are so good so crispy  and that herb tastes a little bit like perfume   but it works so well with chicken it  tastes a little bit peppery I would say oh my God this is delicious first thing I’m  going to try is basically yeah this is gu hard  

But like Dicky said it’s cooked and they put these  herbs on top and yeah they look like staries they   have a little bit of perfumey smell but I’m going  to put it on top and take a bite with it let’s

Try that is so nice this is like a speciality  herb from this region did say this perfumey   it’s not spicy it’s not peppery they kind of  yeah perfuming di spill something again slow   down yeah so again we’ve gone for the lab moo  again this is something I love in Bangkok but  

This one just Tays so much different it’s  more dry it’s not as wet as the ones in   Bangkok and I think the flavoring is a  lot better than the ones in Bangkok as well oh yeah that is so good I could eat  the whole pot of this just to myself of  

Course of course we have cow as well I’m  really really intrigued by this a it just   went all over me I’m really intrigued  by this Som fruit good salad let’s go oh wow this is such a good idea it tastes like you  know you have sometime sauce which is a little  

Bit sweet and refreshing all over fruit salad this  is surprisingly really really good very refreshing   and full of vitamins I love sitting on this  little table as well we overlooking the valley   of sapan you can’t see anything because it’s uh  dark and it’s night time but I absolutely love  

This spot right let’s eat yeah what is enjoy  your meal In tha oh yeah good idea do you say   anything I don’t know do you say anything  In tha I don’t know say CH te CH te maybe no I’m going to miss this lab when we go to Bangkok good

Morning good morning morning good morning good  morning so breakfast time you have two options   you can have a buffet breakfast or you can  have breakfast delivered to your room drip   coffee is also optional as well but I think we  had breakfast already buffet breakfast I prefer  

It this way this looks amazing definitely  have you the option of buffet breakfast or   breakfast to your room in the morning I’d go  for this and you have this view as well okay  

So we’re going to enjoy this food and we’re going  to see you in a minute I’m going to take this off for as soon as we arrived in this Resort  we felt relaxed we’ve been welcome with   the massive smile and we’ve been served  lovely dinner let me take you around this

Res right this is quite cool here what  I love is have all these like um I say   like walkways raise walkways on  this Resort so you can walk all   the way around and get views around but  let me take you to the highest point I  

Don’t think Diggy will up here but I’ll  take you come on let’s go give me give me let’s keep going yay I made it let’s spin you around quickly all right let me look down  if you can see but I on the highest  

Point you have these stairs  you can walk up let me show you check that out how cool is that you Can  See For Miles that’s the hole of the town   down there where we were the other day beautiful  right let’s get back down for Diggy has a heart  

Attack and thinks I’m going to fall off I’m  watching don’t worry I’ve seen a few people   come up here and it’s quite funny to watch when  you’re having dinner you see people walk up these   stairs but they’ll never go on the top top one  because makes you feel a little bit dizzy you

Going you got your hands on the floor how is it I don’t think I can do the  last step don’t come no I’ve done it oh no I’m scared of heights you  failed no I didn’t fail you

Out the price how much it is also the information  I would like to share with you there is a lovely   food in the restaurant Sapa Resort Restaurant  they also serve mukata they serve you’ve seen   us eating a big basket like um of loads of dishes  Northern dishes that was amazing that was really  

Really tasty I would definitely recommend you  uh that dish if you do fancy a baffet bread   breakfast breakfast is served 7:00 to 10:00 in the  morning but also you can have breakfast at uh in   your own hat which I would absolutely recommend  with that view behind us ah you can’t go wrong  

Yeah just wake up to the peace and quiet just  step outside your room sit on that balcony but   also like Diggy said you can have this for your  evening meal as well you can even have mukar on  

Your own yeah on your own balcony which is cool we  didn’t do it but I’d advise to go and do that yeah how cool is this we just woke up to together for  breakfast and look how thoughtful though they’ve  

Actually covered the bike so it doesn’t get wet  and damp in the morning so your bum doesn’t get wet that’s beautiful I know I am can’t help it morning so here we have a new subscriber  lovely gentlemen we just met Ted you want to

I’d love to go and ride we saw them yesterday  I think I pointed out on our video we actually   went to your bike and said look at these bikes  they’re amazing bikes I’d love to do what you  

Do on those bikes so someday we can go on a trip  or something I’ll let you know yeah we can go on   the moped yeah you can go on the back of the M  when we come to changai oh yes maybe actually we

The new adventure around n one thing I  can tell you for sure I’m going to miss   this view it was beautiful you wake up in the  morning and this is the first thing you see thank you for having us yeah it’s beautiful  really beautiful I think the best view we’ve  

Been driving around we went over here and the  other one for this view is the best view I   think I I need t- t- yeah the best view also we  would love to say thank you to all the team and

    There are 2 kind of larbs in Thailand. Northern style larb and Isan style larb. the cooking method is totally different frome each other. Isan style larb is much easier to make and more common than northern style. Northern style larb is harder to cook and usually sell only at Northern Thai food restaurant in Bangkok but sometime you can find them in local market.
