Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Ekimae 1 night 2 day stay report. JR Kyoto Station. Today I’m in Kyoto for sightseeing. I’m on my way to check in at the hotel. Today we will be staying at Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Ekimae. This is the hotel I stayed at about 2 years ago.

Since then, the content of our services has changed. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it turns out (^^). Now let’s head towards the hotel. As for the location of the hotel. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Kyoto Station. Nishi Honganji Temple and Toji Temple are also within walking distance.

The hotel is now in sight! . The room was just around here before. Arrived at the hotel. Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Ekimae 5 minutes walk from JR Kyoto Station Central Exit Total number of rooms: 208 No large bath No parking available. Now let’s head to the reception. That is! . Amazing garden! .

A very nice Japanese garden. There’s a lounge next to it. It was a spectacular garden. The reception was decorated with beautiful fresh flowers. There is a payment machine next to the reception. Checkout is done using a payment machine. The lobby has a calm atmosphere. It also has a ryokan-like atmosphere.

Next to it was an information corner where you could create a travel guide. And there is an amenity bar. There seems to be a wide variety of amenities. this is? . It’s a sake lees face mask. And on the other side. hair oil. There were instant drinks.

There are various types of hair oil. This is a service that seems to be appreciated by women (^^). Other basic cosmetics. There are various amenities. I will explain the details in your room. There are also bags to pack your amenities. It’s afternoon time so let’s go.

Afternoon is a service available to all guests. Afternoon you can choose one of these. There is also a corner with free drinks. A coffee machine that can make a variety of things. A corner where you can make matcha. And the TEABAG corner for tea and tea.

There is also a juice corner next to it. Matcha parfait. It seems that Haagen-Dazs ice cream is used. Shiratama zenzai looks delicious (^^). delicious! ! . The matcha ice cream is from Haagen-Dazs, so it’s quite delicious (^^). When I looked outside, there was a garden on this side as well.

Comfort Single Room size 26m² Capacity 2 people. Let’s go deep inside. Whoa. Atmosphere like an inn! . The room has the feel of a guest room at an inn. It has a casual and bright feel (^^). The room is 26 square meters, so you can spend a relaxing time here.

The ceilings are also high. You can make the room feel larger. There are ink painting illustrations on the wall. There was elegance in the room. The reason I chose this room was because of the small rise. It looks like you can spend a relaxing time here (^^).

As for the air conditioning in the room. It was the type where you could adjust the temperature to your liking. There is a curtain in the center of the room. You can also ensure privacy around the water area. This is the view from this room. When I opened the shoji.

In front of you is Shiokoji Street. You may be slightly concerned about the sound. The windows have roll curtains. From here, we will introduce the rooms in more detail. Equipment introduction. I will return to the entrance and introduce you to the inside of the room.

Sake lees face masks are good (^^). And there’s also hair oil. The amenities were surprisingly plentiful. Further below. Face towels, bath towels. There is a storage case and hair dryer. The hair dryer was made by Sharp. From here is the sitting area. The TV was a large 45-inch Sharp model.

When you turn on the TV. The hotel page will open. How crowded the restaurant is. You can learn about the usage status of laundry facilities, etc. Connection with smartphone. I was also able to watch VOD. Television broadcasting is terrestrial digital. You can watch BS broadcasts. As for the speed of free WIFI.

The speed was 46Mbps, which I could use without stress. There is a cabinet in the raised space. on top of the cabinet. Memo set. There is a charging cord. Below that were laundry related items and wired LAN cables. There are also lights and telephones typical of Kyoto.

There were outlets for AC power and wired LAN. There are beverage amenities in the lobby. Drip coffee set. Honey black tea and green tea were available. under the cabinet. A foldable mirror. Mug. There is a kettle. The refrigerator underneath was empty. And in the raised space. There is a sturdy chair.

There are teacups and cups on the desk. Free mineral water was provided. Introducing the bed area. Bed size: Width: 160cm x Height: 195cm. The width is 160cm, so it’s a queen size. Nightwear is provided on the bed. When you unfold it, it’s a separate type. Made of cotton material and comfortable to wear.

The size was also generous. Two types of pillows are available. The first pillow is soft and made of cotton. The second one is a pipe type and is a little harder. The comforter is light. It’s a duvet style. The surface of the bed is covered with a soft bed pad.

When you remove the bed pad. Simmons coil mattress. The lighter parts of the body sink shallower and the heavier parts sink deeper. By maintaining a comfortable sleeping position, I was able to sleep well until morning (^^). This is the thickness of the mattress. At the bedside.

There is a reading light and an alarm clock. light control panel. There was an AC power source and a USB outlet. Introducing the water system. And the bathroom. The bathroom was spacious and I was able to take a relaxing bath (^^).

The washing area is spacious with a hot water pot and bath chair. It was nice that there was space to put a hot water pot. There is also a hand shower. The position could be changed. The shampoos were from Mikimoto Cosmetics. Last but not least is the toilet.

Kyoto Tower is beautifully lit up no matter when you look at it (^^). I’m back at the hotel. I came for social hour. Guests can use it for free. There were some snacks and alcohol (^^). Mainly Japanese sake. Wine is also available. And snacks. The soft drinks were almost the same as afternoon.

There was no matcha. I brought some alcohol and snacks (^^). Plum wine, Daiginjo, and Junmai sake. Pickles such as Shiba-zuke. It’s nice that they have all-you-can-drink Daiginjo (^^). delicious. Pickles and sake go well together (^^). The 1000 year old sake from this ancient capital was delicious. It was fruity and mellow.

Lastly, the ancient capital of 1,000 years ( ¨̮ ). Social hour was great (^^). I’m back in my room. I’m going to sleep with this today. good morning. I’m going to go have breakfast now. The breakfast venue will be the lounge. I looked around the lobby again.

It has a high quality Japanese atmosphere. I arrived at 6:30, so I was the first one (^^). Special seats overlooking the garden. Breakfast is buffet style, so let’s take a look at various things (^^). Chirashi sushi! . You can add toppings to your liking. There are tuna, shrimp, mentaiko, etc.

And there’s miso soup. The white rice is Hachidaime Gihei. Kyoto style oden! . Clam chowder and sukiyaki are also available. Homemade tofu. There were eggs wrapped in dashi soup. On the back table. There is a bread corner. Next to it are standard Western dishes. Yogurt, fruit. There were various desserts lined up.

All of them look delicious (^^). There were also various toppings. There are various types of obanzai. There are various standard obanzai dishes. There is also grilled mackerel sushi and conger eel tempura. We also have a wide selection of popular menu items (^^). And the yellowtail shabu corner.

There is also a beef shabu corner. There were also various condiments. There is also a salad corner. There is ice underneath. It seemed to be fresh. There is also seared bonito! . Lastly is the drinks corner. A coffee machine that brews coffee from beans.

A corner with various types of tea and black tea. There are also fruit juices and milk. There was also a local sake corner in the morning (^^). Non-alcoholic amazake. I’ve taken a lot of things! . Overwhelming luxury! ! . It’s a surprisingly luxurious breakfast (^^). Seared bonito. Beef shabu. Yellowtail shabu. Yuba.

For seafood salad with scallops etc. Hamo tempura and grilled mackerel sushi. Namafu dengakuya. Obanzai that you can eat a little. And seafood chirashi sushi. Shrimp and mushroom chowder soup. Dashi-wrapped eggs, roast chicken, and pork belly. And I took amazake and a supplement drink (^^). Amazake as an aperitif. Delicious (^^).

The ingredients are so luxurious. Yellowtail, conger eel, bonito, and beef. There are lots of main ingredients (^^). This might be the first time I’ve had so many main characters (ﾟoﾟ;). The yellowtail shabu didn’t have any smell and felt fresh. The seared bonito was also great!

Among these, the most recommended is the grilled mackerel sushi. The fragrant aroma and mackerel were mellow.It was also nice to be able to eat conger conger eel (^^). It’s a buffet.If you like the dish, you can get a second helping (¨̮).Overall, the seasoning was delicious. .The food itself is orthodox.Everything

Pud, matcha brownie, and caramel cake.I got bamboo mug mochi.Sasa mugwort mochi is It was delicious ( ¨̮ ) .Finally, we finished with hot coffee.It was a very satisfying breakfast! We returned to the room.Although it was a little early, we checked out.The original check-out time was 11:00.

What did you think? It was my first stay in about 2 years. I was surprised to see that the level of service has improved ^_^;. There was a new social hour service. The alcohol was sake from a sake brewery. is being used.

It was nice to be able to drink real alcohol instead of just an all-you-can-drink experience (^^). The rooms have the feel of an advanced business hotel. I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience. But it was the one that had the most impact. The breakfast is too luxurious (^^).
