【4K】角館の雪景色と武家屋敷通りを散策：秋田県仙北市の夜

Starting from Kakunodate Station on the Shinkansen, we walked around Samurai Residence Street and back to Kakunodate Station. We started our walk around 3 a.m. It was quiet with no one around except for the snowplows, making it easy to film, and we were able to proceed to the samurai residence without encountering anyone.

I arrived at Kakunodate Station in the afternoon, around 3pm. At that time, there was hardly any snow on the ground, and the weather was similar to that of Tokyo. However, it started snowing after 5pm, and the ground was quickly covered with snow.

Around this time, the SSD I was using had a connection failure for the first time. I’ve been using it for about 2 years, so it’s probably a problem with the connection terminal. Using the same SSD for another shoot a week later, I encountered another issue with the connection terminal, leading me to

Ended up purchasing a new SD card. However, the SSD itself will not malfunction even if you frequently shoot 4K videos ; in fact, SD cards are more likely to malfunction, so I plan to continue using the SSD for shooting from now on. I took a walk along the samurai residence street.

There was basically no one walking in this area, so it was nice to be able to walk in the middle of the road. I was hoping there would have been a little more snow, but I feel lucky to have seen more snow than the day before

. Also, there was a snow plow running, so it might be a little dangerous to walk alone in the winter. I went around Samurai Residence Street and returned to Kakunodate Station. The SSD connection problem occurred again, and video recording temporarily stopped. This problem created a very difficult situation.

I photographed the platforms of Kakunodate Station on the Shinkansen and the Uchibo Line. It was about an hour before the first train’s departure, with the platforms brightly illuminated. Although there was a lot of snow, it appeared that the snow removal work was being carried out effectively.

Personally, I like the design of Kakunodate Station on the Uchibo Line. The station building is not as large as a Shinkansen station, but it is compact because there are fewer passengers. We arrived at Shinkansen Kakunodate Station, the starting point again.

From Tokyo Station, take the Akita Shinkansen Komachi and arrive at Kakunodate Station in about 3 hours. One-way fare is approximately 17,020 yen. The walking route from Kakunodate Station around Samurai Residence Street takes about an hour to complete. It’s a relatively easy walk even in the snow.

未明の時間帯だったこともあり、基本的に除雪車と雪かきをする方だけしかいませんでした
2024年2月21日の昼過ぎから22日の間に訪れていたのですが、この年は暖冬だったこともあり夕方の段階では雪が積もっていませんでした
しかし夕方以降は急に雪が降り始めて未明の頃には雪がある程度積もっていて、除雪車が出動するほどにまでなっていました
これでも例年に比べると積雪はないそうですが、撮れないと思っていた雪の角館を撮ることができて良かったです

全国的に旅行客が多いとのことですが、平日の未明レベルになるとさすがに外国人や日本人双方がいないので歩きやすさとしては段違いだと思います
ただし雪のため危険性もあると考えて友人と一緒にいるだけではなく、反射ベルトもつけて歩いています
