生あおさも同様に知りたいです〜購入後、使う分だけ洗い軽く茹でてます。
生ワカメ美味しそうですね。家も買いに行こう!!我家は最近、塩づけ茎ワカメをメルカリで買い戻して、韓国風炒め煮しておかずとして食べています。水につけて塩を抜き、ハサミで好きな長さに切るんです。夜に炊飯器に入れてごスイッチオン。ごはんたくようにして火を加え、その後保温で8時間くらいですがおいしいです。めんつゆとお水で茎ワカメが浸るくらいにして、そこにごま油とつぶしたニンニクをお好みで加えて炊飯器で炊くわけです。簡単でしょ?(笑)

参考までに。生のままざっと水洗い後ザルにあげ、数回揺すってなんとなく水がキレたらビニール袋に適当にガサッと入れて冷凍庫で保存。凍ったままでも簡単に切れるので使うぶんだけ食べたい大きさにザクザク切って、料理により熱湯を回しかけたあと水をざっとかけて冷やして使うか、凍ったまま味付け済みの汁に入れて下さい。みそ汁ならみそを溶いた後でオッケーです。保存も簡単で生ワカメ独特の風味や食感もまったく損なわれません、冷凍焼けとかもしないです。
保存方法がよくわかりました。塩蔵の水抜、教えていただけて良かったです。
