This is a pork shoulder loin steak from Denmark. There are also mashed potatoes. It’s so thick. I eat it with mustard sauce. delicious! Its surface is crispy. And it’s juicy. I like that sauce. There are 5 table seats and 2 counter seats. I recommend reservations.

That chef is very kind. I highly recommend it to you. I want to eat dessert. Here you can eat Japanese tea and tea sweets. The owner is a Japanese tea advisor. Then carefully brew the tea. It’s like a friend’s house. Please take off your shoes.

There is a tatami room there. And there is Japanese antique furniture. This is the menu. I ordered matcha warabi mochi. It’s for a limited time only. There are also many types of tea. I ordered “Kabusecha”. The first cup of tea is a small cup. Have you ever tried authentic Japanese tea?

This is warabi mochi with matcha mixed in. It’s very creamy. And it’s warm. It comes with matcha honey, black sugar syrup, and soybean flour. you can arrange. I liked black sugar syrup. Please ring the doorbell. A second cup of tea is offered.

The taste of that tea is different from the first cup. Very interesting. look! These are cute Japanese sweets! It goes very well with Japanese tea. That cafe is very cozy. I recommend it. There are many cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area.

There will be fireworks from 6:30pm today. So I’m going to go see it. I stopped at a pastry shop on the way. It opened in October 2023. Apparently she used to run a cake shop in Mie Prefecture. I wanted to buy apple pie. But it’s sold out.

It opens at 12:00. Apple pie was sold out at 2pm. disappointing. She was training in Kobe. That’s why we decided to open a store in Kobe. I’m glad! I arrived at Harborland. I still have some time. So I go for a walk.

The exterior of Kobe’s Landmark Tower has been revived. However, we are still temporarily closed. It will reopen on April 26, 2024. I moved to Meriken Park. There is illumination.
