【改善しようと思ったこと】
動画を撮っていなかったのですが、屛東から池上に移動するときに乗った自強号は事前にネットで予約をしていました。その発券方法に関することです。

ネット予約で支払いまで完了すると…
①国営台湾鉄道の予約完了最終画面でQRコードが出て来る
②QRコードをスクショする
③QRコードを表示して駅の窓口やコンビニで発券してもらう

今回屛東駅の窓口でQRコードを提示して発券してもらおうとしたのですが、QRコードの読取りが上手く行かず、予約番号を聞かれました。私はQRコードしかスクショをしていなかったので、予約番号がわかりません。
台湾高速鉄道は予約完了メールが来ますが、台湾鉄道は来ないので、QRコード表示前の予約番号は念のためにスクショするか、控えた方がいいと思いました。
屛東駅の窓口ではやりとりにかなり時間を要し、あなたの予約は無いから新しくチケットを買うようにと言われました。(最終的にはなんとか粘って私の予約を見つけて貰い、発券に成功しましたが)
台湾鉄道が推奨するアプリをインストールすれば、管理ができたのかもしれませんが、アプリを無駄に増やしたくないので「これからは予約番号も控えておこう！」と固く決心したのでした。
