In 2017, this garden house of Abanindranath Tagore got the heritage status. Rabindranath Tagore’s brother Gunendranath Tagore built this garden house in 1870. Abanindranath Tagore later became the owner of this house through his father’s inheritance. According to Abanindranath Tagore’s letters and memoirs,
