Oh yeah for me probably the most exciting thing was to cycle through the really beautiful Rice Terraces and meet the people who actually grew the rice and then we got to taste it so that was really great what I love most about this tour is it reminded me of when I was growing
Up and riding my bike around my hometown with my brothers um and just seeing the beautiful nature and the local life so was both familiar and um new and exciting for me so the part I love especially was getting to see how the people here and
The people in the ray Hoku area uh live their lives next to Nature spending the entire day riding the bicycle through the rice fields and then getting to see how that Rice grows and then gets turned into for example distilled into Shu it made me really feel like everything here is connected
