On February 12, 2024, the Koenji Awaodori dance was performed in support of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. This video shows the stage dance at the Koenji Station North Exit Plaza. In order of appearance, the following dances were filmed: #Tensho-Ren, #Edo Kabuki-Ren, #Suiko-Ren, #Iroha-Ren, #Hyottoko-Ren, #Benkei-Ren, #Tokyo Tensui-Ren, #Asuka-Ren.

Awaodori (Awa Dance) is one of the most famous traditional performing arts in Japan, with its history of more than 430 years. “Awa” is the old feudal administration name for Tokushima Prefecture, and “odori” means “dance”. Awaodori Festival in Tokushima City is held from August 12 to 15, attracting over 1.3 million tourists every year.
