【200ｍコース】傾斜がなく、距離も短く、初心者の方にもおすすめです。

【600ｍコース】傾斜も木も多くなり、デコボコしていて難しいコースとなります。
中島公園の中に、岡田山という標高32ｍの山があります
ここが結構、いろいろ遊べて楽しい！！

園内には「菖蒲池」という大きな池があり、ボートも楽しめます。
