古い町並みが残る宿場町であった宮城県富谷市。
「富谷宿観光交流ステーション とみやど」にて、「しんまち新春福祭り」が行われているとのことで、行ってみました。
最終日の様子を撮影したのですが、他の日には「餅つき体験／ふるまい餅」、「マグロ解体ショー」、「太鼓演奏」、「肉の競り売り」等など色々催されたようです。
最終日は「大根かつらむき大会」と「福餅まき」。

イベントがあった施設の向かいの宮城県最古の造り蔵、少量生産にこだわる「内ケ崎酒造店」の甘酒の販売もあったようですが、早々と売り切れたみたいです。
