Depart. Kyoto of Tea Minami Yamashiro Village is a roadside station at the southern end of Kyoto. As soon as you leave the roadside station, you will be in Iga City, Mie Prefecture. Welcome to the country of Iga. Today’s roadside station in Kyoto only goes around one stop. I wish I could go home…

I decided to visit the roadside stations in Shiga Prefecture. I would have liked to have done some sightseeing around this area… When I came to the roadside station before, I went sightseeing around this area. I am sightseeing in Tsukigase and Iga. So today I’m going to visit the roadside stations in Shiga Prefecture.

It will take about an hour to reach the next roadside station. I drive with the roof open because I can drive well. I’m going to go around the roadside stations. The roadside station in Minamiyamashiro Village that I went to earlier is one of my favorites. This is a highly recommended roadside station.

The rice is delicious and the sweets are also delicious. There are plenty of souvenirs available, and the buildings are beautiful. There is also a grassy area and benches where you can relax. We also sell bento boxes, so you can enjoy your lunch outside.

It is a roadside station with many options for how to spend your time. This is one of my favorite roadside stations out of all the ones I’ve visited so far. I’ve only been mainly to Kyoto, Hyogo, and Fukui so far, but…

Minamiyamashiro Village, Kyoto, is a place where you’ll want to go for a roadside station. National Route 163 is a road that connects Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, and Mie. It’s a roadside station on a major road, so it’s easy to stop by.

Even so, I still want to drive mainly to go to the roadside station. I would be happy if you could watch previous videos about sightseeing. You can also come by train as it is a roadside station right next to Tsukigase Exit. Fairfield by Marriott is attached to the roadside station in Minamiyamashiro Village.

You can also enjoy staying overnight and sightseeing. You can eat at the roadside station, or you can go to the restaurants nearby. I found a hot spring…I didn’t bring a change of clothes. A hot spring set is a must-have item. I missed the turn.

If you are talking, you may miss the navigation instructions. This is a really recommended route for driving. wonderful. I took a wrong turn and was directed down a narrow road. I took a wrong turn so I can’t help it. The S660 is the best when driving on roads like this.

It’s a really fun car to drive. Shall we go back? A doll! I refrained from going there, thinking that the old man was taking a close look at the scenery. This area where I was tricked is also turned into rice terraces. A wonderful view of the Japanese countryside. A 10% uphill climb continues.

From here it’s downhill. The National Route 422 next door must be a terrible road. The road I am currently running on is Iga Corridor Road. This is National Route 422. Head towards Shigaraki. The best part is Koka City in Shiga Prefecture. This is Shigaraki-cho in Koka City.

Speaking of Shigaraki, it is grilled tanuki. It’s very famous. You can see many raccoon ornaments along the way. I saw it when I passed through Shigaraki before. I think it’s also shown in the video when I ran Suzuka Pass, so please take a look. Shops located in places like this are very attractive.

Shigaraki has a strong image of being a pottery town. The pleasant road continues and now I’m in Shigaraki. This is Shigaraki in Shiga Prefecture. There are a lot of raccoons. It looks interesting to walk around town. I see a big raccoon. We are near the Shigaraki Interchange on the Shin-Meishin Expressway.

Since I’m at Tanuki Village , I’ll stop by. The car I’m currently running on is Prefectural Route 16 in Shiga Prefecture. Shiga Prefecture has a strong impression of Lake Biwa, but when you come to the south, it has a completely different atmosphere.

Even within the same prefecture, the north and south are completely different. Miss a turn. You might be going the wrong way. It’s a very emotional journey. The Shin-Meishin Expressway is visible just above. I wonder if I can see it? Wow, that’s an amazing rocky mountain.

I wonder if it’s possible to climb a mountain like this… It’s interesting because it’s my first time going through this road. I usually only use the expressway in this area. When I use the Shin-Meishin Expressway, I often go to Ise. Turn here.

I have a feeling that the road is narrow, so I turn back. Go back the way you came. I don’t know where to turn… Another U-turn. This was the place to turn. Head towards Ritto through a slightly narrow road. From here it became a wide road. This is Ritto City in Shiga Prefecture.

I arrived at the roadside station. This is the roadside station Konze no Sato Ritto. A roadside station with many bungalows. Restaurant hours were over. At this roadside station… At the roadside station, I tried smoked eggs, which are made in Osaka . It was made in Osaka, not Shiga.

I couldn’t find anything to buy at this roadside station. If the time is right, the fig soft serve ice cream is delicious. It wasn’t on sale at this time, so I couldn’t buy it. As a result, I bought this smoked egg. I think I’ll try it later. Ah, what a shame.

I tried it after I got home. I peeled the shell and ate it. This egg was really delicious. It wasn’t typical of Shiga, but it was delicious, so I guess I was right.
