Else they put a lot of attention to the details and they usually serve it like I said earlier in really nice kind of Ceramics like glasses so it actually uh kind of adds to the flavor I feel like it’s just much better than having them

In cups you can visually drink it yeah we’ve just finished our coffees what a beautiful way to start the day here in Vietnam and that’s what I love about Vietnamese culture is that it’s a massive thing to have coffee with

Friends and family and just sit by the roadside um and it’s a very nice way to start the day and I’m getting a bit distracted by all the traffic also this is the train going by this is the uh like the train tracks

It’s actually kind of raised very interesting we’re on our way to grab some lunch we’re going to be getting some beautiful F and actually the place we’re going to is always occupied by duck under here by a lot of locals and

I’m so surprised so shock that we never see uh foreigners go to some of the best places you you know they’re the best places cuz they’re frequented by the locals and uh let’s go around here very typical here in Hanoi just to walk on

The roads because if you as you can see on the left hand side the Pavements are occupied by Tables by motorbikes a lot of the vendors actually pull out tables and chairs so that people can on the road side have their uh their food and

Drinks okay as you can see guys this is the F place is so busy it’s like this every day but because it’s New Year’s Day it’s probably going to be even more busier ideally we want to sit out on the streets but every time we’ve come here they’ve always set us inside uh

Come our receipt y we got our receipt so we always know what to pay and it’s 15,000 and this is the qu super I love the deep fried nature of it this one’s the kungo uh this one’s a conell mov so uh you want to do the honors it’s

Appealing um and also some pepper you want some chili yeah I want Carina likes chili so I just add two or three because otherwise it’s very strong so I add some pepper there we go beautiful and uh I can add some pepper to yours

Perfect so this is the authentic way to try fur we’ve got our Chopsticks over here yeah there you go I have the Chopsticks mhm oh you got chopsticks already yeah and uh you want to be not doing this you want to be having it like

If you’re not using them you want to be having them kind of like this it’s a part of the culture and I can actually see that they’re eating like this so like the spoon is in the left hand Chopsticks in the right hand and they’re

Eating it like this so what we want to do is going to mix up the broth with the garlic the lime the pepper and you can see if you zoom in Carolina come a bit closer you can see the beautiful meat the rice noodles just

There I’ve got lots of spring onions in there and just want to mix it up also got like pieces of spring onion as well so what I like to do first is just a hold like this this not too bad and just grab some of that with some of the meat

Maybe yes mixing it up all together is giving the flavors it’s really piping hot so I don’t want to be careful and as you can see the bowl is huge so delicious yeah it’s very fresh that’s what we love about this the meat super sucking very fresh

Meat all right we heard you got to get used to that here in h but meat super tender full of flavor but I love the freshness of it you got all the kind of herbs and spring onions and the rice noodles are super light mhm now

Vietnam is that we can get very cheap uh laundry done like a laundry service that you can just take your washing they weigh it up and you pay I think we’re going to pay around like4 or $5 for our entire wash paper kilo payer paper kilo

Right and uh they like fold it they they dry it fold it and then like they put it into nice little packages okay guys we are at laundry wash dry fold okay come on all right is that everything in there pretty sure that is

They can add some like avocado which is not typically added to B even the one I’m going to get go for uh you want to go for the honey I go for honey chicken with avocado it’s the honey gilled chicken with avocado and for me uh the uh the egg cheese and

Avado uh there’s no konga mu uh for uh the cheese uh for the egg one and chicken with everything chicken with everything yes and uh could we get one coconut coffee yeah do we sit over there or we oh anywhere here okay wow okay I

Think it’s really packed full like I’m not even able to show you because the veggies are in front but there’s so much meat here and to be honest I think that you’re also paying a higher price because you actually can sit down order

Your drinks it’s more like the experience not like sitting on the edge of the street Tre because we’ve been the other day around the corner and it was very simple but very good as well so it really depends what you want right yeah

So um if we just turn this around you can see there’s actually a queue over there so uh definitely more of a kind of tourist experience that you don’t usually get avocado and Barb the first time having it it’s going to be so

Interesting actually um and I wish got a coconut coffee can’t show you what’s inside of it obviously but let’s give us a go I ordered my coffee on the side and the owner was very nice like he told me that I should go for the one with fresh

Milk if I’m a coffee lover because it’s going to be a stronger coffee so I’m really looking forward to it as you can probably see all right enough of the talking let’s actually dig into the B me so usually the front end I I go for which is probably not a good

Idea from this first bike I can already save for me is having the bread is super crispy the ingredients are Super Fresh and you can taste all of them like chicken avocado fresh veggies corander I always bite from the end and I always just get bread I do it every

Video but um oh mine is just Heaven I can tell the bread is very good quality fresh slightly toasted slightly warm um but I didn’t actually get to the inside this have another buy I really like this one and I’m still waiting for the coffee

Literally did a whole video on what is the best bom me in in in Hanoi not Saigon and um we we tried three different places and they were all very good and this one’s probably will be at the bottom of the

List just being for me it’s actually on top of the list kind of yeah really wow yeah but I like bread she likes stuff with avocado inside yeah and the chicken is good yeah I think it’s kind of a tourist thing
