With the gooiness yes yeah but it’s good becauseĀ it’s kind of like crunchy because it’s fried youĀ Ā can see all the bubbles on the skin and it’sĀ kind of like not chewy but like kind of likeĀ Ā

First time trying Chinese food in Chongqing, China!
Chongqing is known as a spicy city, maybe the spiciest city in China.
Everywhere we go, we smelled that famous spicy fragrance.
We went to Bayi Food Street, famous for street stalls and food courts selling numerous types of Chongqing delicacies.
Is China dangerous? We think the food is! Haha, food so spicy, we thought we almost die in China. Joking!
