【京都旅行】１泊２日夫婦旅②ホテル編！フォションホテル京都のピンクが可愛すぎる！スイーツもた〜っぷり！

Hello, I’m Shie! The other day, my husband and I went on a one-night, two-day trip to Kyoto. This time it’s the hotel edition! I hope this will be helpful for your Kyoto trip. Please take your time to watch until the end.

After lunch, I’m heading to the hotel. This time we will be staying at Fauchon Hotel Kyoto. This hotel is managed by Fauchon, a luxury grocery store in Paris, France.

It is about a 6 minute walk from Keihan Kiyomizu Gojo Station, and about a 10 minute walk from the Kawaramachi direction. There is also Kawaramachi Matsubara bus stop right in front of you. To celebrate, I got a little excited and came to stay the night.

There is also a shop on the first floor. So let’s go in! The lobby on the first floor had a beautiful staircase. The ceiling is cute too! The pink sofa is also very cute❤︎. I came to the reception on the 10th floor. I’m excited about Macaron Tower ❤︎.

There was a stylish bar in the back. Check in gorgeously☆ While enjoying tea and macarons…♪ The tea smelled so good and the pistachio macarons were so beautiful! After walking on the lovely carpet, this is the room we will be staying in today.

It looks like your room has been upgraded! I’m really looking forward to it♪ This is a prestige suite, the highest quality room at Fauchon Hotel! The area is 61.0㎡.

The price before the room upgrade was 110,560 yen/2 people (55,250 yen/1 person) for 1 night and 2 days including breakfast. (This is the year-end price.) First, I came to the living room. (Introducing the pink closet in a little while ❤︎.) The brand colors of Fauchon pink, white, black, and gold are scattered throughout.

A fusion of Japanese and Western, Kyoto and Paris. There was a cute round pink chair in the back. When I opened the box on the desk, I found a Fauchon Hotel Kyoto original letter set and postcard! The view from the window is Higashiyama.

The Kamogawa River could be seen in the foreground, and Kiyomizu-dera Temple could be seen in the back. The bedroom is what you see in front of you when you look through the sofa. I love that the living room and bed are separate!

There are two wide beds made by Sealy, 110 x 203 cm. There was also a gentle pink sofa in the calm space. The Nishijin textile bed board is shining☆. When I looked closer, the sofa was also shining☆. Next, go to the bathroom. There is a bathtub, shower room, and sink.

There is also a large backlit mirror. Amenities were set here. The upper level has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and sheet masks. On the bottom shelf were toothbrushes, razors, cotton swabs, cotton puffs, hair ties, body towels, and hairbrushes. The soap was on my lips❤︎.

The Imabari towel also had the word FAUCHON written on it! There was a pink box next to the bath towel. When I opened it, there was a Dyson hair dryer. Matching it with pink! This is a Shigaraki ware bathtub. I’m excited to see a sight that I don’t see very often.

There was also a separate shower room in the back. There was also shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When I opened the door in front of the bathroom, there was a toilet. I came to the entrance. When this pink one was turned over, it became a mirror. Umbrellas were also provided.

The plate that hangs on the doorknob was so cute❤︎. This is a large walk-in closet. There was also an original bathrobe. (There was some embroidery here too!) When I opened the drawer, there was a pink steam iron. Matching colors! When I opened this drawer, I found a separate type of original room wear.

Below that are the original slippers. It looks solid. When I put it on, it’s really fluffy. It’s the best feeling to wear♪ Now let’s open the closet we’ve been looking forward to! This is a gourmet bar❤︎. You can eat the prepared sweets as you like.

I’m happy to see so many sweets lined up from the right ❤︎. When you open the drawer, you’ll see beautiful cutlery lined up. (The opener is also pink!) Below that are lovely cups and plates. Below that was a refrigerator. (There is a charge for drinks.)

I brought all the sweets and arranged them on the table. (You’ll also receive a cute tote bag.) I don’t think I’ll be able to eat all of it, so I’ll put it in a tote bag and take it home. (You can take it home!) Just looking at it makes me happy…♪

This is the weekend. This is Yatsuhashi. And this was Namayatsuhashi. This box had tea, coffee, etc. I decided to take it easy! I’ll make some tea. I also make my husband’s coffee and have tea time in the room. While eating cute colored sweets…

When I put all the sweets into the tote bag, it looked like this! As the sun went down, my husband went out for a walk by himself. (Walking photo taken by my husband) The lights are on and the scenery in Kyoto is even more beautiful. The car’s lights are shining and it’s beautiful.

It was getting dark and my husband came back to the hotel. At that time, I was relaxing in my room. I went to eat dinner and came back to the hotel. (You can see how it happened in the previous gourmet edition.)

The stairs in the lobby on the first floor have become even more beautiful☆. I’m really happy with separate room wear! I took a nice bath, so I said goodnight… good morning. It looks like we’ll be able to see the sunrise soon. The morning sun was rising over the mountain. It’s completely visible now!

I’m glad I woke up early because I could see the beautiful scenery! I’m going to have breakfast. I came to Grand Café Fauchon, a dining restaurant on the 10th floor. It has a very luxurious feel. Enjoy breakfast while looking out at the Kyoto cityscape in the morning.

Freshly squeezed orange juice is so delicious ❤︎. Yogurt and salad arrived. It’s colorful and beautiful. Out of the four types of egg dishes, I chose the omelette. My husband chose Sunnyside. And then the bread arrived. There are many different types! I put it all on top of it♪ Well then, let’s eat.

The omelet was freshly made, melty, and very delicious ❤︎. I also eat bread. Freshly baked bread is fluffy and delicious! The croissants were also crispy and great! Thank you for the meal.

After breakfast, my husband went out for his morning walk. At that time, of course, I was relaxing in my room. (Walking photo taken by my husband.) We each had a happy time. The scenery along the Kamogawa River is very beautiful. It looks like you enjoyed your morning walk a lot.

The calming scenery along the Takase River was also wonderful. After checking out, I finally went to Pastry & Boutique Fauchon on the 1st floor. Cute colored macarons and wonderful cakes are lined up. There were many types of tea. Finally, this is what the stairs looked like from above.
