วัดมณีวงศ์ เป็นวัดราษฎร์สังกัดคณะสงฆ์ฝ่ายมหานิกาย ตั้งอยู่ในหมู่ที่ 2 บ้านหนองกระพ้อ ตำบลดงละคร อำเภอเมืองนครนายก จังหวัดนครนายก ตั้งอยู่บนเนื้อที่ 7 ไร่ 2 งาน 1 ตารางวา ปัจจุบันมีพระอธิการทองใบเป็นเจ้าอาวาส
วัดมณีวงศ์ตั้งเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2446 ได้รับพระราชทานวิสุงคามสีมาเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2491
อุโบสถสร้างเมื่อ พ.ศ.2496 เป็นอุโบสถสีทองเหลืองอร่าม ด้านในโดดเด่นด้วยลวดลายงานแกะสลัก บริเวณกำแพงประดิษฐาน หลวงพ่อสิวลี ซึ่งเป็นพระประธาน ปูชนียวัตถุมีพระพุทธรูปปางปาลิไลยก์อยู่ในอิริยาบถประทับนั่งบนก้อนศิลา พระบาททั้งสองวางอยู่บนดอกบัว พระหัตถ์ซ้ายวางคว่ำ ส่วนพระหัตถ์ขวาวางหงาย มีช้างหมอบใช้งวงจับกระบอกน้ำ และอีกด้านหนึ่งมีลิงถือรวงผึ้งถวาย พระปางนี้เป็นพระบูชาสำหรับคนเกิดวันพุธกลางคืน วิหารที่มีพระพุทธรูปองค์ใหญ่สีทองมีชื่อว่า หลวงพ่อพันล้าน หรือ พระพุทธรัตน์มณีศรีหทัยนเรศวร์ เสาของวิหารมีรูปปั้นมังกรอยู่บริเวณทุกเสา ศาลาการเปรียญสร้างเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2518
ภายในวัดยังมีสถานปฏิบัติธรรม วังรัตนมณีมหานครบาดาลนาคราช ประชาชนมักมาสักการะ พระรัตนมณีมหาบาดาล ที่อยู่ภายในถ้ำพญานาคเมืองบาดาลใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย นอกจากนั้นวัดยังมีโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรม เปิดสอนเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2498
สิ่งที่ทำให้วัดมณีวงศ์เป็นที่รู้จักและเป็นที่นิยมของสายบุญ สายมูทั้งหลาย คือ วังรัตนมณีมหานครบาดาลนาคราช หรือ ถ้ำพญานาค บางคนเรียกว่า วังพญานาค โดยด้านหน้าทางเข้าอาคารที่เป็นที่ตั้งของถ้ำจะพบกับสะพานที่เป็นประติมากรรมปูนปั้นที่จำลองการข้ามห้วงนรก ตัวสะพานจะเป็นพญานาคห้าเศียรพร้อมองค์พญานาคจำแลงที่อยู่ในสระบัว ซึ่งด้านข้างถัดจากสระบัวจะเป็นห้วงนรกที่มีมือจำนวนมากชูขึ้นมา ถือว่าเป็นงานศิลป์ชั้นยอดที่ประณีต และแฝงคติธรรมข้อคิดได้เป็นอย่างดี เมื่อเดินเข้าสู่ภายในวังจะพบกับ พระรัตนมณีมหาบาดาล พระพุทธรูปองค์ใหญ่สีทองอร่ามเด่นตระหง่านประดิษฐานอยู่ท่ามกลางเหล่าพญานาค เป็นภาพที่สวยงามอย่างมาก ถือว่าที่นี่คือถ้ำพญานาคเมืองบาดาลที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย อีกทั้งยังมีศิลปกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่สวยงาม นอกจากนี้ตามจุดต่าง ๆ ทั่วทั้งวังพญานาคจะมีหุ่นขี้ผึ้งจำลองของพระเกจิอาจารย์ที่เป็นที่เลื่อมใสศรัทธาของชาวพุทธอีกด้วย เช่น พระพุฒจารย์ (โต พรหมรังสี) ท่านพุทธทาสภิกขุ หลวงปู่มั่น และครูบาศรีวิชัย เป็นต้น
