Hamburg Christmas Market Walking Tour 2023 🇩🇪 4K HDR 60FPS (With Captions)

Hello Viewers. In today’s video I will take you to the Christmas Market in the city of Hamburg, Germany. Today I have started from the Mönckebergstraße. Here you can see the Christmas Decoration everywhere. The Hamburg Christmas market, or “Hamburger Weihnachtsmarkt,” is one of the most enchanting and festive markets in Germany.

It usually takes place from late November until just before Christmas Eve, creating a magical atmosphere in the city center. The market is set up in various locations throughout Hamburg, with the main market usually found in front of the historic Town Hall, or “Rathaus.”

The stalls are adorned with twinkling lights, festive decorations, and offer a variety of traditional crafts, gifts, and seasonal treats. Visitors can explore the market’s stalls selling everything from handcrafted ornaments and toys to delicious holiday foods like roasted chestnuts, gingerbread, traditional German sausages, and mulled wine, known as “Glühwein.”

In today’s I will try to show every detail of this Christmas Market. This street is called Spitalerstrasse. This is a famous shopping street of Hamburg. During Christmas here you will also find many stalls. In this stall you can find varieties of candies and chocolates.

This kind of stalls you will find all around the Christmas Market. Here you will find many beautiful show pieces. This stall sells Crepes. Crepes are thin pancakes made from a batter consisting of flour, eggs, milk, butter, and a pinch of salt.

The batter is poured onto a hot pan or skillet and spread thinly to create a delicate, lacy texture. They’re versatile and can be served with both sweet and savory fillings. In this stall you will find many kinds of Board Games like Chess. In this stall you will find Champignons.

Champignons, also known as white button mushrooms, are one of the most commonly consumed mushrooms worldwide. They belong to the species Agaricus bisporus and are characterized by their mild flavor and versatile use in cooking. Here is another stall of Champignons.

In this stall you can find Paper stars which have lights inside and is very beautiful for home decoration during Christmas. They can cost up to 40 euros. This is stall of Feuerzangenbowle. Feuerzangenbowle is a traditional German alcoholic drink, especially popular during the Christmas season. This is a stall of Churros.

Churros are delicious fried pastries that originated in Spain and Portugal. They’re made from choux pastry dough, which is piped through a star-shaped nozzle to create long, ridged shapes. After frying, they’re typically coated in sugar and often served with chocolate sauce, caramel, or other dips. In this stall you will find Bratwurst.

Bratwurst is a type of German sausage made from pork, beef, or veal. It’s seasoned with a variety of spices like salt, pepper, nutmeg, and herbs such as parsley or chives. The name “bratwurst” comes from the German words “brät” meaning minced meat and “wurst” meaning sausage. They cost around 5 euros.

Now I’m in the Winterwald Christmas Market. Now I’m going to the Christmas Market in Weißer Zauber. Now I’m in the Rathaus Christmas Market.
