【札幌ひとり旅#2】徹底的にリサーチをして、初めて札幌を訪れる定番モデルコースを作ってみました。 ロイズカカオ&チョコレートタウン/サッポロビール博物館/さっぽろテレビ塔/

Sapporo 3 nights and 4 days trip to see the classic sightseeing spots #2. I am currently on my way to Sapporo Station after checking in at the hotel. From now on, I will go on a factory tour of Lloyd’s Factory. It takes about 40 minutes from Sapporo Station using the Gakuen Toshi Line.

I love chocolate, so I’m looking forward to seeing what it’s like (^^). The station to get off at is Roydstown Station. It’s 540 yen. Silver world! . It’s been decades since I’ve seen it pile up this much. You can see the Lloyd’s factory in the distance. Arrival at Roydstown Station.

A shuttle bus runs from the station. Since the number of trains is small, we recommend matching the time with JR. That is! . The shuttle bus had arrived. It seems like there are many other things besides the Lloydstown factory. One track continues all the way into the distance. I’m leaving.

The factory has a free area and a paid area. Advance reservations are required for paid areas. You can make a reservation from the official website. At that time, you will need to decide on your entry time. We have arrived. The bus ride was about 5 minutes.

Lloyd’s Cacao & Chocolate Town Opening hours: 10:00-17:00 (Last admission until 15:00) *1st floor shop is open from 9:00-18:00 (Irregular holidays). This is a new facility with a grand opening on August 4, 2023. big! . The scale is quite large. Let’s go inside. I want to eat soft serve ice cream (^^).

This area is a free area and you can enter freely. At the very back, you can buy chocolates at the Lloyd’s shop. That is! . Cacao? . There is also an area in the back where you can observe the mold line. That area is also free. Unfortunately, they didn’t make chocolate that day…

It may not be produced depending on the day. It would have been an interesting place if chocolate was actually flowing. The entrance fee for paid areas is 1200 yen. A separate chocolate workshop is also held. The trial fee is 1500 yen. This is a paid area. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

The tour is over. At the beginning, there is a zone where you can learn about cacao while traveling through Lloyd’s farms. In the factory experience zone, you can also tour the zone where products are actually made. There is also an area where you can experience chocolate making through games.

It was a lot of fun (^^). More than 200 types of chocolate are available at the factory direct sales store. More than 200 types of chocolate are available at the factory direct sales store. Limited edition “Farm to Bar” chocolates are available. Pizza and bread were also sold.

Lloyd’s Farm to Bar is used in the soft serve ice cream, so let’s try it. Lloyd’s Farm to Bar is a chocolate made entirely in a factory. Limited to Roycetown factory direct sales store. There is an eat-in space so let’s eat there. Chocolate (cup) 450 yen.

Chocolate soft serve made with Lloyd’s Farm to Bar. Moderately sweet. It was a mature taste with just the right amount of sweetness and bitter flavor! . The softness is also sticky. You can also feel the richness in your mouth. This is a dish you should definitely try when you come here (^^).

Return to Sapporo Station. The scenery seen from here was very impressive. The retro feel of the train was wonderful. Arrived at Sapporo Station. Next, I will go to the soup curry restaurant that I have reserved. It is located a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. arrival.

Soup Curry Shabakura Sapporo North Plaza Building B1 Business Hours Lunch 11:30-15:00 (Food LO 14:30) Dinner 17:00-22:00 (Food LO 21:00, Drinks 9:30) Closed on Sundays and holidays , Obon holidays and New Year holidays. You can make reservations for this restaurant from Hot Pepper Gourmet. Let’s go inside. As for the menu. Mainly soup curry.

There are keema curries, etc. For soup curry, you can choose the soup. You can also choose the spiciness. You can also add various toppings. And then there are the drinks. They also have ramen. For soup curry, you can choose between 9 or 15 vegetables. For 15 items, the price will be slightly higher.

Raw lamb tataki SOUP CURRY 15 vegetables 1780 yen. looks delicious! . The soup is a sheep bone flavored soup. I decided to make them all sheep (^^). The others are dried sardines healthy soup, chicken hot water tomato soup, and mixed coconut. You can choose white rice or 15-grain rice. I chose 15-grain rice.

You can also choose the spiciness of the curry. There are 10 levels of spiciness. The lamb meat is thick (^^). The vegetables are potatoes, cabbage, carrots, and lotus roots. Eggplant, fried burdock, broccoli, and maitake mushrooms. There are 15 kinds of cherry tomatoes, bamboo shoots, soybeans, and okra.

Add lots of curry to the lamb. Delicious (^^). I didn’t notice the characteristic smell of mutton. It’s light. It’s very soft and the meat is full of flavor (^^). How about some soup? nice smell! . It’s similar to noodle soup. You can also feel the sheep with the mutton extract.

The vegetables are well-cooked and soft. Delicious (^^). I don’t really know how to eat it. I tried it directly on rice. The 15-grain rice is firm and goes well with curry. It goes well with curry (^^). I’m not good at making it too spicy.

I gave it a 2, but it seemed okay even if it was a little more spicy. Fifteen-grain rice and curry go well together. The soup is delicious (^^). Delicious (^^). The soup is addictingly delicious. All of Hokkaido is covered in one dish. The healthy combination of lamb and vegetables was the best! .

Thank you for the delicious curry (^^). I have some time before checking in at the hotel, so I’m going to go to one more place. The next place we headed to was Rokkatei. It’s about an 11 minute walk from here. arrival. It’s very impressive considering it’s our own building (^^).

Rokkatei Sapporo Main Store 5 minutes walk from the south exit of JR Sapporo Station Business hours Business hours: [Store] 10:00-17:30 [Cafe room] 10:30-16:30 (LO 16:00) The coffee room is closed every Wednesday. The entrance is stately (^^). The first floor is a store that sells Marusei butter sandwiches and other items.

The second floor is a coffee room. Whoa. Stylish (^^). I came to eat this today. Speaking of Rokkatei, it’s the Marusei Butter Sandwich (^^). I’ve never had Marsei butter cake. Let’s buy it at the airport on the way home ( ¨̮ ). Contains walnuts. Let’s go to the second floor.

It was popular, so there was a wait. You can also eat in the eat-in space without using the cafe. The eat-in space is around there. You can drink coffee for 120 yen and cafe latte for 150 yen. If you want to use it easily, we recommend the eat-in space.

Yukikon Cheese 250 yen Marsei Ice Sandwich 250 yen Iced Tea 450 yen. These two are limited to Hokkaido. In particular, the Marusei ice cream sandwich is limited to the Sapporo main store, Obihiro main store, and Obihiro Nishisanjo store. delicious! . For crispy cookie dough. Ice cream and raisins go well together.

It’s an ice cream version of butter sandwich (^^). Yukikon cheese is made into biscuits with black cocoa. Serve with baked cheesecake. The thick cheese goes well with black cocoa biscuits (^^). If it’s just Marsei ice cream sandwich or Yukikon cheese. You must order one additional item, such as a drink.

I will now go to the hotel where I stayed the night before to pick up my luggage. You will now check in to your next hotel. The next place I will be staying is Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo. It’s an 8-minute walk from here, near Sapporo Station. Why did you choose this hotel?

This is because it is close to the station, relatively reasonably priced, and has plenty of facilities. Whoa. You can see Hokkaido University in front of you (^^). I’ll relax in my room for a while and then go out. From now on, I’m going to the Sapporo Beer Museum.

From here, take a bus from Sapporo Station. It takes about 27 minutes to arrive. I was scared because I couldn’t find the bus stop. Somehow we have arrived. Bus 188 goes to Sapporo Beer Garden. Best position. We have arrived. good atmosphere! . This area is Sapporo Garden Park.

There is a large shopping center and the Nippon Ham Fighters indoor practice field. Sapporo Beer Museum. At Japan’s only beer museum. It opened in 1987. This is a red brick building built during the Meiji period. The nostalgic atmosphere is the best (^^). Christmas tree! . I like how simple it is (^^).

And there’s a chimney next to it. This is the entrance to the Sapporo Beer Museum. Advance reservations are required to tour the museum. For more information, please post the link in the summary section. In addition to the premium tour, you can also take a free tour.

The inside is also made of brick and has a nice atmosphere. The premium tour fee is 1000 yen. Premium tours are timed. It is held four times a day. ✗Mark is fully booked. There is a difference between a premium tour and a free tour.

As the name suggests, the free tour is a course where you can freely tour the facility on your own. On the premium tour, the guide will explain various things to you and you can drink beer at the end. Video shooting is prohibited inside the museum. From here on, there will be only photos.

Go through this gate before your reservation time. Please wait in the waiting lounge until your scheduled time. Next, we moved to the premium theater. Watch the drama about the birth of Sapporo Beer. It was interesting because the movie was set up like a mini theater (^^). Next time I will move the location.

The passage was magical. There is also a large boiling kiln that was used until recently. This area is the same as for the free tour. Looking up from below, it looked like a drum. This is the beginning of the development mission.

This is an exhibition booth that looks back on the history of Sapporo Beer. In the past, beer was a luxury item and cost 5,000 yen per bottle. The guide’s explanation was good and I was able to learn a lot about beer. Everything was spoken in Japanese.

I think the foreigners were given something like a translator. And finally, the long-awaited tasting time. We will all have a tasting at a place called Star Hall. There are two types to sample: “Reprinted Sapporo Beer” and “Black Label.” You can also have snacks.

“Reprinted Sapporo Beer” is made based on the manufacturing method used at the time of the company’s founding. This is a limited beer that can only be drunk at the Sapporo Beer Museum. This is because it reproduces the manufacturing method from the early Meiji era, when there was no technology to remove yeast.

It is characterized by strong turbidity. The taste was a rich beer with fruitiness and hop bitterness. Soft drinks are available for those who don’t drink beer. After that, there was a lecture on pouring three times.

There was so much foam that it didn’t seem like it was poured from a can of beer! . When I looked at the light above, it was a beer bottle (^^). I think this is the best tour for beer lovers (^^). Next to it is a museum shop.

There is a glass cup that is perfect for pouring beer. Beer was also on sale. Sapporo Beer Museum is a recommended tourist spot (^^). Next, I will eat Genghis Khan at the Sapporo Beer Garden right next door. The reception is located inside the same Sapporo Beer Museum.

Sapporo Beer Garden was in another building right next to it. This building is also wonderful (^^). cool! . Let’s go to the reception on the second floor. You can make reservations for Sapporo Beer Garden. There is a reservation form on the official website. This is Kessel Hall.

There are other types of locations as well. I chose this place because it’s the standard. There is a huge beer kettle (kessel) here. It feels like a beer hall with a big open feeling. stained glass. The Genghis Khan pot is placed right there. King Viking classic! All-you-can-eat course 100 minutes 3,600 yen.

Comes with Lamb Genghis Khan, Chicken Genghis Khan, and Pork Genghis Khan. Comes with an assortment of vegetables. All-you-can-eat additions are done using a tablet. There is also a time limit listed next to it. Besides meat, you can also add vegetables. There are also various types of beer.

Sapporo Five Star can only be drunk at Sapporo Beer Garden. There are also black labels. There is Sapporo Classic. Others are non-alcoholic. There are also beer cocktails. There was also Ebisu beer and soft drinks. Sapporo Five Star (glass) 750 yen. I drank it earlier, so I drank it sparingly (><). It is the pioneer of premium beer. delicious! . It's rich and has a great flavor! . How to grill Genghis Khan. It is written on the tablet, so I will follow it. First, place the vegetables around the pot. The nice sound of meat grilling ( ¨̮ ). Speaking of Genghis Khan, it is generally mutton. The sauce is also used to season chicken and pork. It's been baked quite a bit (^^). looks delicious! . I put too much on it all at once. There is a traffic jam with meat (><). Let's start with the lamb meat. Ram has some quirks, but I'm fine with it. delicious! ! . The meat is soft, pale and light (^^). Unlike mutton, lamb meat has less flavor. Even people who are not used to eating mutton can eat it without worrying about the smell. Sapporo Seven Stars has a nice rich aroma! . The predecessor of Sapporo Beer Garden was the government-run Kaitakushi Beer Brewery. Genghis Khan is great if you're in the mood for sightseeing (^^). There's a lot of oil because I don't have any vegetables around. This all-you-can-eat course does not include rice. I just eat meat. I only added lamb meat (^^). Robots are also active in serving meals (^^). If you look closely, the pot looks like Hokkaido. There was an image of the hot pot on the official website (^^). The atmosphere is very lively and great (^^). Recommended for people who eat Genghis Khan while sightseeing (^^). Next, we will head to Sapporo TV Tower. No matter how many times I see the lights up around here, the atmosphere is great (^^). I will head to Sapporo Station. Arrived at Sapporo TV Tower. It's lit up like a Christmas tree (^^). The lighting around here is also beautiful (¨̮). Let's go to the observation deck! . Admission to the observation deck is 1000 yen for adults. Let's go to the observation deck entrance. I'm in the sky lounge now. I found out later. On the Jordan Transfer Guide website. You can pre-purchase for 730 yen. Whoa. That is! . You can see Sapporo White Illumination from above! . I'm looking forward to the night view from the observation deck (^^). arrival. Now, what do you think? Oh. beautiful! . good! . Coupled with the Sapporo White Illumination, it was absolutely beautiful. In the direction of Odori Park, you can see Mt. Okura's jumping platform at the far end. Okurayama Jump Hill. Is there a charge for binoculars? There is also. monitor? . There is a souvenir shop at the observation deck. There are also various TV dad goods. It's full of TV dad goods (^^). Sapporo TV Tower was built in 1957 (Showa 32). I feel the history. This is the direction of Susukino. You can see Nijo Market, where I went yesterday. The night view from here was very beautiful (^^). Go down. Planetarium! . Is this the planetarium of the time? . Sapporo White Illumination was very beautiful. I was able to come to Sapporo at a good time (^^). Then I'll go back to the hotel. It snowed a lot on the way home. I'm going to Otaru tomorrow, but what will happen? That's all for today's video. Tomorrow I will leave Sapporo and go to Otaru. The weather was tough in Otaru, but we managed to enjoy it. Thank you for watching this far. See you again in the next video! .
