이 지역의 다른호텔보다 가격이 조금 저렴하면서도 객실이 깨끗하고 객실내의 비품이 아주 만족스럽다
특히, 객실의 형태에 따라 차이는 있지만 일부객실에는 스타일러, 트룸세탁기 등이 비취되어 있으며 이곳에 묵었던 객실도 이 제품들이 있었다
물론 스타일러는 이용하였으며 세탁기는 이용할 일은 없었지만 아마도 주변에 테르메덴 온천을 이용하는 손님들을 겨냥한 마케팅차원의 객실형태가 아닌가 하는 생각이 들었다

이곳에는 객실내에서의 뷰는 시티뷰이며 티비, 헤어드라이기, 치약.치솔, 타월, 비데, 샤워기 어메니티 3종류에 비누가 비취되어 있었으며 아침에 일어나 공원의 호수가 보이는 뷰를 볼수도 있다

다만, 이곳의 주차장에는 기계식주차시설로 되어 있어 약간 불편한 점과 함께 아침 조식을 운영하지 않았다는 단점도 있으며 조식은 주변에 식당이 많아 체크아웃후나 아니며 주변에서 드실수가 있으며 주차는 기계식 주차장에 주차가 어려운 자동차는 바로 호텔 앞에 있는 공영주차장이나 미란다호텔에 주차를 할수 있게 해주며 이용권을 호텔 측에서 제공한다
