The final episode of a 3-night, 4-day trip to Sapporo to visit classic sightseeing spots. good morning. Today is the last day of my trip to Sapporo. The weather looks good on the last day (^^). From now on, I will leave Otaru and head to Sapporo.

The hotel I stayed at was the best (^^). There is Shiroi Koibito Park on the way to Sapporo. Take a bus from Otaru Station. The tracks at the site of the Temiya Line are covered in snow and are beautiful. Commemorative photo (^^). Arrived at Otaru Station.

The bus terminal can be seen in front of you. Dangerous. I was looking for a bus to take, but it was last minute (><). The bus ride time is about 35 minutes. Almost there! . It's quite large. The bus stop is Nishimachi Kita 20-chome. Arrived at Shiroi Koibito Park. The building has a European feel. Whoa. It's a nice atmosphere (^^). Shiroi Koibito Park is a theme park for the famous sweet "Shiroi Koibito". This park has a free area and a paid area. This area is a free area. What is this place? This area is said to be a rose garden in the courtyard. Is that a rose tree wrapped in cold protection? This area is decorated with illuminations at night this time of year. There is also a dedicated practice field for Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo here. Whoa. There is a small house here that children will enjoy (^^). The paid area is about to open, so I'm going to line up. It's quite sophisticated. It opens from 10:00. As expected, there will be a line before the opening. Tickets are 800 yen for adults. It seems that they are also sold online. A white lover ( ¨̮ ). There are lockers where you can leave your luggage. Lockers are the type where you put money in at first, but then get it back. Head to the paid zone. The paid zone will be in another building. Soap bubbles! . You'll feel like you're a child again (^^). This is Chocotopia House. Let's enter! . The paid zone looks like this. It's around here now. There are many cats (^^). Whoa. Cat. I'm gone. What is this place? It's a place full of fantasy. adventure? . Introducing the manufacturing process from cacao to chocolate. The history of chocolate and various ways to enjoy it, including projection mapping. There were lots of fun videos. This place has an oriental feel to it. Old chocolate packaging is on display. There are some very old boxes. The package design was classic and had a luxurious feel. Next, go to the third floor. We will take a factory tour. Factory tours are also available for a fee. There is a window for viewing ( ¨̮ ). When I saw it from the outside, I thought it was a really big building. There was a fairly large factory there. Here you can see the production line for Shiroi Koibito and Baumkuchen. You can see Shiroi Koibito (^^). Is this Baumkuchen? . It's made by hand. Let's go up one more floor. The 4th floor is Chocotopia Market. A cafe lounge. You can easily experience making sweets. There was a "Sweets Workshop Dream Kitchen". There is also a corner where you can play a bit (^^). Let's go deeper. This area was a photogenic spot. There are still paid areas. What's underneath? There was the ``Ishiya Museum'' where you can see the history of Ishiya Seika. The birth of Shiroi Koibito and Ishiya's future were introduced. When I passed the Ishiya Museum, there was a Hokkaido Consadole corner. Once you pass through this area, you will be in a free area. A place like the movie Matrix. Whoa. Shiroi Koibito soft serve ice cream! . Let's stop by for a bit. Looks delicious (^^). This place felt like a food court. Toys are displayed around it. Shiroi Koibito soft serve ice cream 400 yen. They use raw milk from Hokkaido and add Shiroi Koibito chocolate. How does it taste?(^^) It has a slight ``Shiroi Koibito'' white chocolate flavor. Because it's Hokkaido milk and chocolate. It has a rich flavor but is light. It's a lot for 400 yen (^^). Next, I'll go buy some souvenirs. Everyone looks happy and having fun (^^). I came to the souvenir shop on the first floor. White lover! . They are lined up in a row. There was Yukimi Daifuku from Shiroi Koibito. The inside of the store is very large. There were also souvenirs that could only be purchased here. This is a collaboration with Hakodate's Snuffles. The white roll cake looks delicious too (^^). I'm going to buy this and go home today (^^). Let's go see the soccer practice field. Just like the Karakuri Clock Tower. Approximately 10 minutes from the hour every hour from 10:00 to 18:00. Karakuri doll animals will be holding a parade. I came to Consadole's practice range. It seems that this place uses a heating system on the natural grass. The heating system melts the snow. Apparently, you can watch the team's daily practice for free. It's time to leave Shiroi Koibito Park and head for lunch. For lunch, we will go to the outside market of the Sapporo City Central Wholesale Market. From here, it takes about 33 minutes using the Tozai Line. The outside market has come into view. Arrived at the outside market. The outer market has 60 stores, including fresh fish stores and fruit and vegetable stores. Let's take a look. Hairy crab! . This is the first time I've seen hairy crabs being sold since I came to Hokkaido. Hanasaki Crab! . big! . I'll be back later to buy some hockey. They sell a variety of ingredients (^^). Fishmonger's Kitchen Sapporo City Central Wholesale Off-Market Store 22-2 Kitajuichi-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo Wholesale Center 2F Business hours 7:00-15:00 Closed on Wednesdays. The store is located along the main street. There are many restaurants around this area. It's here. Whoa. The seafood bowl is also a good value (^^). The store is on the second floor. Let's go into the store. As for the menu. There is a seafood bowl menu. This is the drink menu. There was a wide variety of grilled fish. The store has a relaxing atmosphere. It was very comfortable (^^). Mahokke set meal 1050 yen. The atka mackerel is huge (^^). I ate a lot of seafood bowls on this trip, so I decided to leave it alone. It also comes with a small side dish and salad. And it's a hokke with a strong presence. Looks delicious (^^). The elasticity is amazing! . It's freshly baked and piping hot (^^). delicious! . The fat also spreads the flavor in your mouth (^^). Top with grated radish and soy sauce. This combination is irresistibly delicious (^^). I also liked that the small bowl was bland. The meat is thick and tightly packed. I was able to eat delicious food at a good value (^^). I will go down to look at the souvenirs. Whoa. Service items! ! . I'm buying this right away (^^). For an additional 330 yen, you can take it on a plane. It was packaged with an ice pack. This shop was also full of seafood. It's a good deal if it costs 10,800 yen per serving, including shipping. The store name is Hikai-san. It's time to move on to the next one. Next, I will go to Hokkaido Shrine. It takes about 34 minutes from the market mentioned earlier to Hokkaido Shrine. Use the Tozai Line. Arrived at Maruyama Koen Station. Exit is number 3. Once you exit, it's straight ahead. Maruyama Park is very large. It's like walking through a primeval forest. This place is also known as a famous spot for bird watching. The torii gate came into view. It is a large torii gate when you look up from below. There are four torii gates at Hokkaido Shrine. Many cherry blossoms and plum trees are also planted. What you can see over there is Kaitaku Shrine. It is said to be a powerful power spot. It is said to improve luck in work and competition. What you can see over there is Jingu Chaya. It seems that there is also Rokkatei. On the way home, I will stop by Jingu Chaya. I can see it! . First, go to Chozuya. It looks like they have mochi and soft serve ice cream. There are other drinks as well. I like that the mochi is served freshly baked (^^). Yakimochi is made there. There are also other delicious-looking sweets. This rice cake looks good as a souvenir. This mochi is made using Hakucho mochi from Hokkaido. It's freshly baked, so it's so hot that you might get a little burnt. Since the mochi is rolled out flat, it swells to the sides. I like the crispy texture (^^). The bean paste is sweet and delicious (^^). This is a rice cake that is similar to a rice cracker and is not often seen. The mysterious texture is highly recommended (^^). The freshly baked fukure mochi was so delicious. I bought Jingu Chaya Mochi and went home (^^). When I tried it, the texture and flavor of the rice was great. It's almost time for my flight, so I'm going to the airport. Lastly, there is ramen that I really want to eat. Head to Hokkaido Ramen Dojo. Whoa. It's a little lined up though. I feel like I'll be able to put it in soon (^^). Ebisoba Ichigen New Chitose Airport Terminal Building 3F Hokkaido Ramen Dojo Business hours 9:00-21:00 (LO 20:30) Open all year round. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of ramen it will be (^^). You can get a large bowl of ramen for an additional 120 yen. The side menu included gyoza and rice balls. You can choose from a variety of ramen. You can choose the flavor base from soy sauce, miso, or salt. The thickness of the noodles. You can also blend tonkotsu soup. Shrimp miso 900 yen. I made the noodles thicker while keeping the flavor the same. You can smell the nice smell of shrimp (^^). A thick layer of shrimp-flavored tempura in the center. The bowl is crimson. The flavor of red shrimp is expressed in a bowl. There's a bit of shrimp powder on top. It is made by roasting the head of sweet shrimp and turning it into powder. Mixing it with soup will increase its aroma. The soup is light. The noodles are quite thick. The tempura is made by kneading red ginger with the flavor of shrimp. It's fried to a crisp. The eggs are homemade seasoned eggs that have been soaked in special soy sauce for an entire day. Delicious shrimp comes out all over. By boiling the heads of sweet shrimp. I've never had Marsei butter cake before, so I decided to try it. It's time to say goodbye to Sapporo. My 3 nights and 4 days trip to Sapporo is coming to an end. This is my first time coming to Sapporo. It's a very urban town. I was surprised at how crowded the buildings were in the city. When you think of Hokkaido, you think of food. When you actually visit it, it looks just like the image. It was overflowing with delicious things (^^). Next time I come, I want to experience the nature of Hokkaido.
