See what is inside #CanonExplorerOfLight @charlesglatzer’s gear bag!
“My wildlife photography gear…depending on the location, amount of hiking, method of travel and restrictions, etc. I may add or subtract gear.
I will typically carry in-field either the RF600mm F4L IS USM lens or RF400mm F2.8L IS USM lens with a camera body attached, and the RF100-500mm F4.5-7.1L IS USM lens or RF70-200mm F2.8L IS USM with a camera body on a shoulder strap. I will often throw a mid/wide-angle zoom in my pocket for landscapes. The additional camera and gear remain in my backpack accessed as necessary. Unless I am shooting in low light, from a blind, specifically slow shutter speeds, or at one location for a long period, I will try to shoot unhindered, meaning handheld whenever possible. And, I always have extra batteries and media cards close at hand!”
