Photo by @bee_alyssatrofort: “When shooting athletic portraits, I always love to find a way to incorporate the athlete’s personality, whether it’s in styling or posing. For this promo image of fitness trainer Nadege, I asked her to bring outfits that display her bright personality and we purposely chose this background color to complement her fitness outfit. Showing off her athletic ability and hair movement, we photographed various action poses. Using only a 2 light setup, I used an octabank (camera left) for the key light aimed at the subject, and a rim light (camera right) behind the subject to create separation between her and the background.”
