My love for the theater has led me to a local community theater in the town I live in. The joy it brings me to photograph the promotional images, headshots and performances is incredible. This was from the show “James and The Giant Peach.” The characters we so colorful and animated in their expressions and I really wanted that to shine through. I used one beauty dish over the subjects head at about 45 degree angle and a reflector at about waist level of the subject. The pops of color, messy hair and expression make this one of my favorite images.”
