Clients have no reason to hire you if you’re making pictures they can easily get from someone else. As the tour photographer for a country superstar, I use my access to set up remote cameras in various locations, just like I did when I covered sporting events. I occasionally attach one to a lighting truss while our crew is setting it up on the ground. The camera (and safety cable!) raises into the air with the lights, and I never quite know exactly what I’m going to get.
