Today, I’ll be taking a tour of the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Luxor, Egypt, as well as a hot air balloon flight.
Luxor is home to the “Ancient Thebes with its Necropolis,” a UNESCO World Heritage site registered in 1979. This site encompasses the city of Thebes, which flourished as the capital of the New Kingdom, and the necropolis sites, including the Valley of the Kings and temples.
