博多～小倉間の新幹線の車窓から見つけた工業団地と思われる造成中の土地を現地調査する「工業団地旅」。
山口県下関市役所で、工業団地を売ることで企業を誘致する仕事を約7年間担当。
その後、44歳で退職するも工業団地に対する興味は失せず、自治体の枠を超えて工業団地を旅することに。
土日、祝日の工業団地特有の静けさに癒やされつつ、その周辺の観光も一人で楽しんでいます。

“Industrial Park Trips” involve on-site investigations of land under development that appears to be industrial parks, spotted from the windows of the Shinkansen between Hakata and Kokura.
I worked for about seven years at the Shimonoseki City Hall in Yamaguchi Prefecture, where I was responsible for attracting companies by selling industrial parks.
Although I retired at the age of 44, my interest in industrial parks never faded, and I began traveling to industrial parks beyond the boundaries of local government.
I find solace in the unique quietness of industrial parks on weekends and holidays, and I also enjoy sightseeing in the surrounding areas on my own.
