Our journey begins in Lauterbrunnen, one of the most magical valleys in the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by towering cliffs and famous for its 72 waterfalls, this village feels almost unreal. As we walk through the valley, you’ll see the iconic Staubbach Falls, charming wooden chalets, green alpine meadows, and dramatic mountain views that make Lauterbrunnen one of the most picturesque places in the world. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and every corner feels like a scene from a fairytale.
From there, we continue to Grindelwald, located just nearby in the Bernese Oberland. This vibrant alpine village sits beneath the mighty Eiger North Face and is known for its breathtaking scenery and cozy mountain atmosphere. Walking through Grindelwald feels both peaceful and inspiring — with traditional chalets, flower-filled balconies, and incredible views of glaciers and towering peaks all around.
In the second half of the video, we travel to Sonogno, a peaceful alpine village hidden at the very end of the beautiful Verzasca Valley in southern Switzerland. This tiny mountain village, located in the canton of Ticino, feels like a place where time has gently slowed down.
With only a few dozen people living here year-round, Sonogno remains quiet, authentic, and deeply connected to nature. Stone houses with traditional slate roofs, cobbled paths, and crystal-clear mountain streams create an atmosphere that feels almost untouched by time. Surrounded by majestic alpine peaks, the village offers a rare sense of calm and simplicity that is hard to find in the modern world.
