今回は旅友のYasuyoさん、そしてYasuyoさんの彼氏でインドネシア人、日本在住20年のOdieくん、さらにYasuyoさんの旅友でドバイ在住のクロアチア人Bonnieちゃんと一緒に、4人で和歌山までロングドライブに行ってきました。

大阪・堺市を出発して、下道でのんびりドライブ。
途中、柿が大好きなエミレーツ航空CAのBonnieちゃんのために、柿の直売所に立ち寄り、甘くて美味しい柿をいただきました。

その後、大阪で唯一の村「千早赤阪村」を通り、Odieくんの解説付きで和歌山の絶景スポット「瀞峡」へ。
大自然の景色は本当に圧巻でした。

さらに今回の旅では、Yasuyoさんが熊野古道の近くに購入した別荘にも訪問させていただき、特別な時間を過ごすことができました。

そして和歌山と言えば…
やっぱり外せないのが 完全生マグロのマグロ丼。
これが本当に絶品でした。

そして今回の旅のもう一つのメインは、
車の中でのTHEゆんたくトーク。

4人ともおしゃべり好きなので、ドライブ中ずっとトークが止まりません。
旅の話、人生の話、世界の話…。

In this vlog, I went on a long road trip to Wakayama with my travel friends Yasuyo, her boyfriend Odie (an Indonesian who has lived in Japan for 20 years), and Bonnie, a Croatian living in Dubai who works as an international cabin crew for Emirates Airlines.

We started our journey from Sakai City in Osaka and decided to take the local roads instead of the highway, enjoying a relaxed countryside drive.

On the way, we stopped at a local persimmon stand because Bonnie absolutely loves persimmons. They were incredibly sweet and delicious.

We also passed through Chihayaakasaka Village, the only village in Osaka, before heading to the breathtaking scenic spot called Dorokyo Gorge in Wakayama, with Odie giving us detailed explanations along the way.

Another highlight of the trip was visiting Yasuyo’s newly purchased vacation house near the famous Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route.

And of course, when you’re in Wakayama, you cannot miss the fresh tuna bowl made with completely raw tuna — it was absolutely incredible.

But the real main event of this trip was our Yuntaku-style conversations during the drive.
All four of us love talking, so the conversations never stopped.

Travel stories, life talks, and international perspectives made this road trip even more special.
