Hello! I’m Arimi ✨
Today I experienced Ohenro (a traditional Japanese pilgrimage) in Sasaguri, Fukuoka. 🌿
In this video, we’ll introduce what Ohenro is and how you can experience the pilgrimage in Fukuoka instead of Shikoku.

This was splendid! I adore your country's love and preservation for the sanctity of nature and our connection to it. Thank you for taking us on this beautiful spiritual journey. I also found it cute when you said that part was like being in an anime movie. 😅 i love your Manga too. Im really into Berserk and Vinland Saga. Do you have a favorite Manga? I hope you do a travel episode one day to a Manga cafe and talk about it! 😀
Very cool Ari-chan. Reminds me of when we hiked the Nakasendo Trail. So I guess I was on my own Ohenro.
I haven't been to Fukuoka in about 10yrs. I'll be going in spring 2027 also to Hiroshima.
Hi Arimi. Happy Lunar New Year🎆🎇🙏
First, with your outfit plus the straw hat, you look like a samurai😅….
Second, who's taking the videos at you when you are climbing or squeezing through? 😮
Third, where do you stay during the pilgrimage? Is it a tour package?
Fourth, only desserts, coffee? Any restaurants? 😊
I noticed from all your videos, the Japanese are very thorough in every details of designs, the presentations etc are so elegant, tender and artful.
This was an excellent video Arimi. You really looked cute in the white robe and Pilgrim hat. The views from the mountain top were awesome. The coffee shop at the end looked so relaxing inside. Thanks for the video. Have a super day.
Be careful around the rocks, Arichan! You look so cute in that outfit. Watching you eat makes my appetite get stronger. That was the longest tempura i have ever seen. I will try to visit Fukuoka one day, it has been on my list for a while now. Thanks for sharing your experience and suggestions. May come in handy one day!
Looking very cute in your traditional hat 🥰
Different vibe than the usual videos, very calm and relaxed, I hope I get to visit Fukuoka someday too
That coffee jelly is a great motivation for going hiking!
That was a lovely video. It was great learning about a pilgrimage route i’d not heard of. I’d certainly like to try that at some point as well as that great looking cafe. It’s making me look forward even more to my hiking trip in Shikoku in a few months where I expect a similar vibe!
This can't be the real Arimi , there was not a single highball in the video!
Also as a man I can tell that that burdock wasn't 32 cm long but at least 2 meters!
The hiking seemed really nice, I wonder if there would also be English speaking tours available.
When the Vice Abbot said during meditation that one would expect to get get hit I had to think about my time in military school where we had to learn a combination of kickboxing and kung fu. The kung fu teacher would make us go down in a squatting position and randomly kick someone in the back, sides or legs and you were not allowed to show pain or fall on your butt.
Coffee is always good, especially after or during a long hike.
A different type of video this time but still nice and informative!
The trail is beautiful. I think it's very important to escape city life and all the stress that comes from work and experience raw nature once in a while. It cleanses your soul. And the scenery in Japan is gorgeous. We must enjoy our youth while we can but free time is hard to come by these days 😭
