36 Nostalgic Hours In Tokyo | Ghibli Museum, Coffee, Persona 5, Jazz & Cheesecakes

There and back again, we’ve come full circle and returned to where our Japan journey began, Tokyo. In our final 36 hours, we revisit nostalgic locations from the very first video, exploring Shibuya and Nakameguro, while also discovering brand-new spots, including the vibrant streets of Shinjuku and the hidden gem of Kichijoji. Along the way, we check out real-life Persona 5 locations, visit our not-so-much neighbor Totoro at the famous Ghibli Museum, and end our last full day with an intimate jazz performance at the very same jazz club from Persona 5 Royal.

This final Tokyo itinerary is a perfect mix of old favorites and new discoveries, packed with incredible food and hype coffee spots, which is something that’s been part of our travel videos from the very start. We even get to wrap up the Basque cheesecake arc that began all the way back in our second Japan vlog in Kanazawa with the creamiest basque of the whole trip!

⛩️ This is the final episode of our honeymoon series, picking up after our camping day trip to Mount Fuji, Lake Motosu, and Lake Kawaguchiko. After one month traveling across Hawaii and Japan, we’ve made memories for a lifetime. Ones we’ve loved sharing with you, and most importantly, with each other. ⛩️

  1. The final video of the Hawaii & Japan honeymoon series!

For those of you who have watched along the entire journey, we hope you’ve enjoyed the series and the adventure 🙂

Regarding what’s next, we’ll see where we’ll go but right now at least we’ll be jamming to the new J. Cole and Joji albums from yesterday, see ya.

  2. Wow, I was speechless when I saw that you only have 12 subscribers (including me), because the quality is so high. Keep it going guys. The textspeed sometimes is just a very tiny bit to high for a non english native speaker like me and if you try to look at the awesome footage at the same time. Maybe a bit shorter sentences would do the job. Greetings from Germany. 👋
