Brompton Open ride Meguro ブロンプトンオープンライド 目黒区編 中目黒スタート
Join us for another episode of “Brompton Open Ride,” this time exploring the diverse landscapes of the Meguro area!
Starting from Nakameguro Station, we kicked off our tour with a view of the impressive Ohashi Junction. Our journey took us through a park featuring ancient shell mounds, the elegant Old Maeda Clan Residence, and a relaxing break at Bondi Coffee.
We also explored the hidden side of the city by following the culverts (Ankyo) of the Jakuzure River tributaries, visited the historic Yutenji and Meguro Fudo Temples, and cycled through the former Meguro Racecourse site. We even encountered some unexpected local residents—geese living right in the middle of the city! For lunch, we enjoyed delicious burgers at Palmetto before reaching our final goal at Jiyugaoka Station.
This ride was jam-packed with history, nature, and great food. Enjoy the scenic and sometimes quirky sights of Tokyo on our Bromptons!
今回の「Brompton Open Ride」は、目黒エリアを縦断するバラエティ豊かなコースを走りました！
中目黒駅に集合し、都会の要塞のような「首都高大橋ジャンクション」を外から眺める所からスタート。貝塚のある公園や、優雅な旧前田家本邸、そして「ボンダイコーヒー」でのひと時など、歴史とモダンが交差するスポットを巡ります。
さらに、マニアックな「蛇崩川の支流暗渠」を辿り、祐天寺や目黒不動尊へ。かつての競馬場跡地を走り、なぜか街中にいる鵞鳥（ガチョウ）に驚かされる場面も！ランチは「パルメット」で絶品のハンバーガーを堪能し、ゴールの自由が丘駅まで駆け抜けました。
今回も見どころが多すぎて、目が離せない盛りだくさんの内容です。ブロンプトンならではの機動力で巡る目黒の裏側を、ぜひお楽しみください！
